  • Unbeatable location. Vacationing made easy.

"We stayed here at the end of March. 6 people in total; 3 adults and a 5, 3, and 1 year old. You are a 30 yard walk to the beach in a beautiful little beach town surrounded by other beach houses. Very easy to pack up and jump to the beach. Also easy to quickly run back to refill the cooler or get lunch and snacks. We would order Fish tacos from the strip nearby and take it to the beach for lunch. The room with bunk beds was great for the 5 and 3 year old. The 1 year old slept in our bedroom downstairs in her crib. The other adult slept in the upstairs bedroom. The bunk beds are well used and missing some bolts, but still safe. When the kids were asleep it was nice having the middle floor to have a glass a wine, watch some TV and socialize. The BBQ on the patio is fun. The kitchen was functional and in good order. An area for improvement is the glassware. Everything was old plastic which wasn't too appealing. We went to target to buy highball and wine glasses. We left them there for future guests. The boardwalk was great for walks or bike rides. Very busy and not recommended for toddlers who just learned how to ride. There is a rental shop as soon as you walk out the front gate. And the house has an old cruiser in the garage as well. The neighborhood is very quiet with locals making sure of this. Had a neighbor complain about our kids dancing and singing too loud to music midday. A little over the top in my opinion. The garage is very tight but I managed to fit my Yukon XL in there in an angle. Because the alley is shared with a restaurant, you get the restaurant door opening and closing at night to take their garbage out. A little annoying but doesn't wake you up. The house right next door just finished construction, so you need not worry about construction noise anymore. The neighbors were great, had some fun chats with them. It was warm but not hot enough to turn on the AC so I can't give that an accurate review. There are a lot of great coffee shops, pubs, bars and restaurants on the street. All walking distance. The house was renovated but has been well used. A little rough around the edges if you're a very picky person. A suggestion would be for new linens and pillows and more towels. 710 is a great management company. Check in was easy. Communication was quick. In conclusion, we were very happy with the house. We agreed that next time we go, we would stay for 2 weeks and get really settled into the neighborhood. One week goes by too fast!"

  • Business traveler

"Fantastic condo. I have found it less expensive and more comfortable to rent apartments and or condos when traveling on business trips. This condo has it all, 3rd, top floor looking out across the beach to the Pacific Ocean. Unforgettable sunsets from the private balcony, dolphins everyday, people watching is enjoyable 24 hrs a day. The condo is like new on the inside, comfortable furnishings throughout including deck and beach furniture. All the amenities of home. Parking space in a secure garage. The neighborhood is loaded with all you need within walking distance, groceries, beverages, restaurants, rentals. Everyone we met on our 4 day stay were extremely kind and friendly. I had the pleasure of talking to the owners. As my grandpa would say "Son there good people", The property manager Cindy, she is great. I have got to get back to this condo for vacation."

  • Excellent Easter

"We could not have picked a better place to stay for our family to spend Easter weekend with our Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. The view was amazing. We opened the sliding floor to ceiling doors and let the ocean breeze in. The furnishing were nice. The beds comfortable. We walked the beach. The boardwalk was entertaining while sipping our cocktails on the balcony. The people definitely died down as it got dark, so no loud obnoxious people while trying to sleep - except one night around 4 but they were shooed away quickly. We were there at the tail end of Spring Break too. Good restaurants were within walking distance. We did drive to Broken Yolk for breakfast - YUM! Highly recommend staying here!"

  • Great location!

"This property is located in such a great spot and our family of 5 was able to take full advantage of both the proximity to the bay and the ocean. The layout worked really well for us and everything we needed was there. We were also able to easily walk to get groceries, coffee, or go out to eat which meant we only needed our car for longer journeys. Overall it made for the perfect place to stay during our week in San Diego."
