  • Fabulous Rental House!

"My family used this house to celebrate my Mom's 80th birthday. We ranged from 2 to 80 years in age. There was something for everyone there. The hot tub and deck with a view were fantastic. The house was VERY kid friendly and the house was better stocked with supplies ( I.e. kitchen utensils) than any other house I've rented. I highly recommend it and hope to stay there again!"

  • Charming Cabin Great View of the lake

"The cabin was conveniently located, nestled in the woods with a Great Lake view. All the accommodations were acceptable with a completely functioning kitchen that we used on several occasions. Bev, the owner, was attentive to insuring we found all we needed and my wife and I had a great stay with our twin 15 year old niece and nephew. Easy access to so many places from Winterpark to Rocky Mountain National Park and all of the lakes and trails in between make this a great place to stage a Colorado Mountain getaway vacation. Thanks for a great stay!"

  • Great Cabin in a great location.

"We stayed here when our RV didn't happen. We were sitting in a parking lot scrolling thur VRBO looking for somewhere desperately to stay. We had just drove up from Nashville. I tried emailing several places and Cindy was the first to get back to me and WOW were we lucky. This turned out to be one of the best vacations ever. The cabin was very clean and well stocked for anything you could want to do or cook. The beds were comfortable. The lake out back was awesome for the kids they had a great time canoeing and fishing. The view was to die for. It is far enough away from everything to feel like you are away from everything but close enough to get to anything if you need it. Wildlife was everywhere and RMNP is at you back door."

  • Great location, great views, met all our needs

"The Kigin cabin was a great home base for our vacation to RMNP. The cabin is nice and was well equipped to cover all our needs. Joe is extremely responsive. The location is fantastic and you can be in RMNP in a matter of minutes. We took advantage of this for several morning or evening hikes with much smaller crowds and more active animals. Walking along the Onahu trail one evening on a ranger guided hike the woods literally came alive with elk as we stumbled upon them. We also saw over 20 moose during our excursions - again, morning and evening are the best times. There are so many activities to do in the area - we fished, mountain biked, rafted, and hiked. All great times! Thanks to the Kigin's for sharing your cabin."
