  • Fabulous!

    "Only stayed 2 nights, but thoroughly enjoyed Antiqua Cay. As others have said - clean and spacious. My party was made up of 5 adults and we were happy to note the 3 bedrooms are nicely separated so those who sleep with TV on did not disturb those who do not. The condo has plenty of storage space, the location is very convenient, easy to get in and out, close to attractions, restaurants, Walgreens, Publix, etc. You will feel secure with the gated entry and the condo's deadlock. When my brother-in-law opened the door he actually said, "WOW!" Antiqua Cay features a 50" HD TV in the living-room, full kitchen, washer and dryer, plus desktop computer and of course wifi included. Oh and you can park multiple cars there - it totally fit the bill!"

  • Fantastic location for visiting Universal

    "Stayed here three nights and two days to visit Harry Potter World. The resort is very well maintained and is extremely conveniently located to the parks / shopping / restaurants. Only a 20 min drive to airport. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. Cheery, upbeat, proactive. They go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. We loved the golf cart trips to help us navigate the large grounds of the resort! We Uber'd back and forth to the parks -- it made it super easy and convenient. Would highly recommend this location."

  • property beautiful, booking process not so good!

    "First I will say the property is beautiful, many activities, few restaurants onsite, and service at each very slow, and expensive, with limited menu. Now for the not so good booking process. booked almost 10 months in advance for a 7day stay Mar 26-Apr 2 , 2016 2 bedroom. Barry responded immediately, payment sent all good. Because I have not ever booked through VRBO before was very hesitant, I worked in the time share business, and also am a travel agent of 30 plus years, so I am always on top of my travel arrangements. I call to confirm several times before arrival dates, make sure everything is good to go, with no last minute surprises. I was told upfront that my reservation would be in Barry's wife name, and 90 days prior would be switched to mine, and receive confirmation after paid in full. Did receive a printed out confirmation which showed march 29-April 2 , however, march 26 was written over it as a check in date, which was my first warning, better check. Called the Wyndham property and was told, that I had a reservation for checkin Mar 29-April 2 but not for checking March 26. Immediately contacted barry who said not to worry I am confirmed. A month later called again just to check, again no check in for March 26, contacted barry, said don't worry, well now I'm worried! told me that his broker took care of March 26-March 29, so now I'm concerned that there is a 3rd party involved in my reservation and they have not given the hotel my name yet. Barry said that I would receive another confirmation with the mar 26-29 arrival dates 21 days prior, no name or confirmation yet, 14 days, nothing, 7 days nothing so now you can understand my anxiety arriving 7 days during one of the busiest times of the year, and the hotel has no record of me, only for march 29-apr 2, understand that I confirmed and paid for 7 nights with Barry, assuming he had enough POINTS to cover this booking that he advertised, I didn't do any business with a 3rd party named Scott Ramsey I later found out was to use his points for my other 3 days....This guy turned out to be a scammer, found his other listings and all 5 of them said he took peoples money and had no reservations..in the end Barry refunded me 3 nights of the 7 as I requested, however now try and find a condo at wyndham for 3 people all sold out. This has left such a bad taste, not sure if VRBO is for me."
