  • Great vacation getaway home for families!

"My family and I loved the home, and found it to be a perfect place to stay during our spring break. The home has wonderful amenities, including a pool, pool table, location on a canal that connects to the Gulf and pontoon boat. We used all of these daily. We used the boat to get out to Anclote Keys and nearby sandbar; we passed dolphins on three occasions. New Port Richey is convenient to Tampa, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater ... the home is in a perfect location to become a base for taking advantage of all that the Bay area has to offer. Mickey was very helpful but unobtrusive. I hope to be able to stay in the home again."

  • Great House

"We were a group of 6 seniors renting the house for March 2017 to escape the Canadian winter and do some golfing. The house is very spacious, lots of room for 6 or even more. It was clean when we arrived, is open and is bright. We made good use of the heated pool which is large compared to many. The private beach belonging to the development is clean and very pleasant. The house is well-equipped including the kitchen, bedrooms, pool accessories etc. The location is convenient for shopping and walking. It is close to many restaurants and golf courses are relatively close and inexpensive (at least by Canadian standards). On street parking is not allowed but the driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles and there is a huge garage that could hold another 3 vehicles if ever required. Lucie is pleasant to work with and responded quickly to the few inquiries we had. I have no reservations in recommending this house."

  • Wonderful location!

"My partner and I spent the month of March in this little house and enjoyed it very much. It is perfectly located near Sims Park and has a direct view of the fountain in the lake. Walking the dogs was great - we met many friendly dog walkers. NPR has an active rock painting group and we were always on the lookout for "NPR Rocks" rocks on our walks. We biked almost daily at Starkey Park which has a beautiful, paved 6+ mile trail. It was great! The cottage itself is cute and is furnished with the basics - nothing fancy at all, but that is understandable since it is pet friendly. The main attraction for us was its location. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Heather was a great host and was very responsive."
