  • Great stay

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to stay while our home was rebuilt after a fire. We stayed in Villa 201 at the Edgewater for 4 and 1/2 months. This is a quiet ground floor unit with great patio view and a quick walk to the beach. Ducks, egrets, herons, turtles and fish in the pond. Close to everything on the east end of the beach."

  • Kiddo's Spring Break

"I put this trip together at the last minute...My husband was sent to Seattle so he couldn't take us to NY as planned. I had to do something quick for my 10 and 12 Yr olds Spring Break...they both wanted to go to Panama City Beach as their friends all have been, so I grabbed my mom and we went. Coming from the North Georgia mountains it was not a bad trip. Don was wonderful in helping us navigate this quickly planned vacation. He was wonderful to work with, even when I extended the trip, he was there within hours with a new parking pass. The Condo was perfect, spacious and well appointed. No check in, keypad entry. There were all the needed kitchen tools, salt and pepper, crockpot, big pot perfect for lobster or crabs, pizza pan and cutters, blender, toaster, coffee maker with filters. He had travel soaps, dish, dishwasher, laundry and hand soap. Plenty of bath towels for the 4 of us. Soft linens, blow dryer, games, nice beach chairs. The 6th floor was perfect, the view was great and I left the door to the balcony slightly open so I can hear the waves. No issue with elevator waits. The pool we looked over was nice and warm and the lagoon pool, very pretty, was very refreshing in early April. The room placement was perfect, very tranquil and peaceful, but you can easily walk over to a little more excitement if you wanted it. Oceans on property restaraunt was surprisingly reasonable and we all were happy with what we had. Edgewater was a perfect oasis in the craziness PCB can be. Thank you Don for a wonderful spring break, we didn't want to leave and I would recommend your condo with hesitation."

  • Great Location

"We stayed the end of July and really loved this condo. We have stayed at Edgewater for over 20 years and this is probably the best view we've ever had. Owner was great to deal with. Unit was very clean and quiet. Would be nice to have a Keurig, but other than that - EXCELLENT!"

  • Pros and Cons

"This is our 4th visit to Panama City Beach. This is also our first time staying at this resort. With that I will be brutally honest in this review. Pros: Condo is beautiful! The bed is very comfortable and we slept like babies every night. The view is stunning. This condo is comfortable for 2 people. I would not suggest a family. It is a 1 bedroom condo so I would feel cramped with more than just my husband and I (personal taste). Parking was very convenient, especially in Leeward and Windward buildings. I would assume the towers would not be as convenient. This is towards the west end, which is less crowded and R Jackson Road is right as you pull out so it is convenient to get to 98 which is the quicker route anywhere. Cons: If you are looking for a quiet getaway, stay away from the main pool. It is like a public pool and you are packed in like sardines. There is a smaller pool next to this building that is nice. Beach chairs are not included, so expect to pay $125 for the week for beach lounges. The workout room with also cost you $10 a day. If you do have kids, the kid's adventure area also costs money. Overall, it was a very nice condo and if you stay at the Windward building, beach and pool it is nice and quiet. I don't know that we would stay at this resort again, just because we like quieter (less teenagers and small children) places, but the unit itself is beautiful."
