  • Perfect for Girls Trip

"This home worked well for our girls trip. The property had the number of beds, bathrooms and space we needed to enjoy our time in Cape Cod and was so much better than renting a couple of rooms. The location was perfect for our day trips. The beach access at the end of our quiet street was the best perk of this property. The owner was very accessible by phone or email but once we were in, there were no issues during our stay."

  • Great Weekend But Too Short

"Our short time on the Cape in late September was practically perfect weatherwise, and our stay at Chris's cottage was an equal treat for so many reasons. We have been enjoying various types of rentals for years in the area and Chris's cottage is a fine example of a clean comfortable place that surpasses the Internet photos supplied. A step or two above average in many respects, it's amenities and decorative features are pleasing and we wanted for nothing during our hurried stay. There are so many features that have been updated, as well as some features currently being updated that this warm and comfortable place will soon be worthy of note by others like ourselves who love to feel special when away from home."

  • Amazing ocean views

"When we planned our East Coast trip we decided we would need a few days’ rest after visiting Washington and New York before our final stop in Boston before returning to the UK. Sea Watch was absolutely perfect. We hired a car in New York and it was an easy drive to Cape Cod. The house is in a lovely quiet road with enough parking at the front for two cars. When we opened the front door and saw the ocean we knew we had made an excellent choice. It was so lovely to cook a meal that first night, open a bottle of local wine and relax watching the ocean. We particularly enjoyed looking at the beautiful night sky. There was plenty of space for our (grown up) family and the upstairs bedroom has a veranda running right across the back. Being able to walk straight onto the beach was wonderful and we loved the whole area. Nancy was very helpful throughout the booking process and always responded to our emails very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend staying at Sea Watch. Thank you Nancy for allowing us to share your beautiful ocean retreat."

  • Exceptional Cape Cod cottage!

"Five of us enjoyed this cottage for a week and we were not disappointed! It was as described but much more once we realized the beauty of the area. The private beach was just steps away and each morning we could enjoy the spectacular sunrises and each evening the glorious sunsets. The 4 rooms were well-appointed and had all we needed. The kitchen, dining area, and living room all had ample space for our needs. The area of Dennis Port had so much to offer. We ate at the Oyster Company which was within 2 miles of the cottage and it was delicious. We also spent time in Cake & Islands, a charming dessert place that sells scrumptious sea glass candy and macaroons. A visit to Dennis Port is never complete without a trip to Sundae School...! The pumpkin and black raspberry flavored ice cream was out of this world! This cottage was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit on the Cape. We do have two suggestions: please get some area rugs that are much less slidable on the wood floor and please, please, please don't run the sprinklers in the morning. We would have loved to sit and drink our coffee on the chairs provided but they were always wet. We voiced our concern but the sprinklers were never turned off but I think it may have been a timer thing. However, that being said, those two issues did not keep us from the enjoyment we had staying at this beautiful cottage and the manager was super friendly and very helpful. We could stay again in this very cottage in a heart beat! We miss it already!"
