  • Clean, well maintained with fantastic views and close to town and activities

"This was our second stay at the boathouse and we were expecting to see a little wear from when we were there three years ago. Not the case at all. Still meticulously clean, looking every bit as brand new as the pictures online. In fact those pictures don't do it justice. The boathouse is within walking distance to the shops down town, the bike rental shop and all the local restaurants. Our family considers this trip as one of their favorite. Despite the size of the boathouse there is plenty of room for four. All the amenities are provided. Towels (even beach), linens, with a completely stocked kitchen. No detail is forgotten. Lyn is professional and organized. The entire booking process to return of deposit is stress and hassle free. We have come home to show friend after friend our pictures and videos and highly recommend it to them as well. We feel you couldn't get any better with the tide coming up under the boathouse in high tide with the ability to swim and kayak right out front. And at low tide, have the ability to walk out for what seems like forever to play frisbee/ball or just look for treasures. You couldn't be disappointed with this property."

  • Wonderful home in Chatham

"We spent a week at this lovely home. There were 6 of us (2 families). The house is perfectly located so that we could walk into downtown Chatham, run or bike to Lighthouse Beach, bike to the Colony Rail Trail (that connects to the Cape Cod Rail Trail), and walk to a Chatham A's game. We would definitely like to spend another week here. The owners provided bikes, board games, a fire pit, grill, corn hole game, and pretty much everything we could possibly need. We had a really fun vacation! And loved spending it at this home. Thank you!"

  • Great family home in a terrific location

"We spent four nights at this comfortable, well-equipped home. Two young couples, one with a 2-year old and the other with a 3-month old, plus the young and active grandparents. It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed going to a Chatham Anglers' baseball game, short drive or long walk into town, and walking to Oyster Pond. It was so nice to have beach chairs and games for our use. The house is not fancy, but very comfortable; the bedrooms are huge. We didn't even use one of the sitting rooms; it was spacious enough for the seven of us without it. Full basement with laundry and more space if you need it. The backyard is lovely and big, and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Nice outdoor deck with a grill. We enjoyed spending time in Chatham, and it was also a good location from which to explore other parts of the Cape; my husband rented a bike and explored quite a bit of the Cape from there. Our only disappointment was that we did not have more time."
