  • Perfect way to ring in 2017!

"Carolyn's place is just the dog friendly get away we needed. 2 couples shared this home with their 4 dogs. The configuration of the home was quite perfect for this scenario, as our 10 month old mastiff puppy needed to have some down time. The Ithaca Dog Park is just a few minutes away, and one of the best parks we have ever taken the pups to. Wish we had something like that in CT! For the humans, lots of awesome places to eat and wineries and cider houses to taste. Highly recommend going to the cafe at Americana winery, we went twice - it was THAT good. The house was perfection, the view was amazing and if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle, the snowy driveway isn't an issue. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much."

  • Nice house in great location

"We have stayed at this house twice, first for our own wedding a few years back and this time for our friends' wedding. Both times with a pretty full house. It's a great place for a medium-sized crew of family or friends, with a huge yard and big enough common areas inside for everyone to be together. It's also in a perfect location to explore the best restaurants and wineries of Seneca's east side. On both of our stays the house was very well maintained and check in and out were smooth. Greg was easy to deal with and responsive, but we did't really have any problems to put him to the test. The kitchen is large and well outfitted so it's possible to cook fairly ambitiously if you wish, a nice feature if you are staying for a few days. The bedrooms are distributed over three levels which gives both varying degrees of accessibility and a fair bit of privacy. While it's a larger house than my wife and I usually need for our visits to the area, it's the first place we think of for a group."
