  • Is there such a thing as 6 stars? This place is the perfect in-city pad, home away from home!

"First let me say that as a frequent traveler for business and occasional pleasure to Seattle, I wish I could find this rental in the other cities I stay in and the level of service Angela provides! From her prompt reply to my inquiry and all the details spelled out it making it super easy to book and answers any question imaginable. She also gives great restaurant recommendations based on your what you're craving too! The place is decked out in comfort and always super clean every time I stay and the in-city location can't be beat. You are so close to everything! It's located on Capitol Hill, but situated with easy access to downtown, lake union and the freeway. Even easier to use alternate routes to avoid traffic! The view is stunning through a wall of windows day and night, from watching sailboats cruise along Lake Union, snowcapped Olympic mountains on a clear day, the Space Needle and amazing city lights at night. The view is constantly changing and so enjoyable to watch just from sitting on the couch. On occasion, I opt to sleep on the super cozy and comfortable sofa bed vs the bedroom in the back. Both are very comfortable and I love having the option of where to sleep. Parking is a breeze having access to a garage spot and even street parking I've never had a problem with here. The property is set up high above the street and feels super secure and the freeway hum from down below is just that and typical for this kind of in-city view property. It's much quieter inside and reminds me of one of those sound machines with an ocean breeze more than anything. In the mornings I enjoy the fact I can get my morning stair climb done just down the street then enjoy a fresh baked croissant and coffee at the Grand Central Bakery. (Doing the stairs to work off the croissant on the way back is optional of course! lol) Overall, I do my best to try and book this place for as many business trips in advance since its rarely available and when I can't stay here, my stay away from home is never as comfortable. Angela should teach the class on VRBO: How to! Do yourself a favor and book it, unless I beat you to it! As always, thanks for a wonderful 6 star stay and see you next time:)"

  • Great location for Seattle U and if like a walking to the Market as much as we do!

"The main floor apartment was very nice -- bright, light, clean. It was a good value, and for our needs, perfectly located. We could walk to campus, to my workout studio (Barre 3), coffee shops. We love to walk, so we were not intimidated by the walk to/from Market. We will definitely try to stay here again, but may choose level 2 or 3 to see something different and not hear the people above."
