  • Ideal Location in Downtown Seattle!

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Grace & Rachel's condo. Very quiet and comfortable, perfect for a couple who want a 'home' base while visiting Seattle. Literally a 10 minute walk to Pike's Market and an easy 40 minute walk to Safeco or Century Link stadiums. Lots of great restaurants within 5 minutes. No car needed. Grace & Rachel were very accommodating in answering any questions. The only critique we would have is the condo is looking a little 'tired' and could use a fresh and lighter coat of paint (personal opinion) and the carpet is definitely showing its age and needs replacement."

  • Excellent condo near Seattle Center

"Wonderful communication and hospitality by the owner of this great condo near Seattle Center. It was an easy walk to just about everywhere we needed to go for business and pleasure while exploring the beautiful and beautiful city of Seattle. This was a comfortable, clean, modern condo with a grocery store and Starbucks on the lower level of the building."

  • Great Location and Set Up!

"We had a lovely stay and found location to be great! The space is well appointed, with everything we could need in terms of kitchen and living for 2 days and 3 nights. We found the location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to be as most of our destinations were within a mile or so. We were so grateful to find a pack and play in the unit for our youngest (not yet two), and the ottoman bed was perfect for our 5 year old. The ONLY reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it does get quite warm in the unit, however there is a free-standing air conditioner to cool things down as well. We chose not to run it all the time and just cracked a window during the day, which, with the fan provided, sufficed for late October. We will likely stay again if we get the chance!"

  • 6 stars

"This place is absolutely perfect. From booking to leaving, I could not imagine a better experience. The apartment is located directly in between Pike Place Market and the waterfront, has a very charming feel to it, and the kitchen is the most well-stocked (extensively stocked) kitchen of any place I have stayed. Master bed was comfortable and the closet is walk in--plenty of room for clothes and our 2 big suitcases. Our son used the fold-out bed and it was very comfortable; and did not take up so much space as to make the living area unusable. Jeri will give you her phone number, and will email you a fantastic list of suggestions for restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), places to check out in the Market, things to do, and places to go. After speaking with her for 30 minutes, I was more excited about our stopover in Seattle than I was for the cruise we were ultimately headed for. When we arrived, she buzzed us in, and then "walked" us through the apartment by phone. She does have someone local to help if necessary, but we did not need anything. We did not rent a car, so can't comment on the parking situation. Unfortunately, 4 days was not long enough to make a proper dent in her list of suggestions, so we will have to come back. I can't think of any reason we would stay anywhere else on a future trip."
