"This place is absolutely perfect. From booking to leaving, I could not imagine a better experience. The apartment is located directly in between Pike Place Market and the waterfront, has a very charming feel to it, and the kitchen is the most well-stocked (extensively stocked) kitchen of any place I have stayed. Master bed was comfortable and the closet is walk in--plenty of room for clothes and our 2 big suitcases. Our son used the fold-out bed and it was very comfortable; and did not take up so much space as to make the living area unusable. Jeri will give you her phone number, and will email you a fantastic list of suggestions for restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), places to check out in the Market, things to do, and places to go. After speaking with her for 30 minutes, I was more excited about our stopover in Seattle than I was for the cruise we were ultimately headed for. When we arrived, she buzzed us in, and then "walked" us through the apartment by phone. She does have someone local to help if necessary, but we did not need anything. We did not rent a car, so can't comment on the parking situation. Unfortunately, 4 days was not long enough to make a proper dent in her list of suggestions, so we will have to come back. I can't think of any reason we would stay anywhere else on a future trip."

  • Great location and building

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good building in a very good location. Seattle is in the midst of a major building boom; cranes and construction everywhere. Part of the beauyt of Seattle is gone!"

  • Great location! Beautiful Condo!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This gorgeous condo had everything you need Staying in Seattle. It was very clean and very comfortable. The views were spectacular and the large windows offer an entire view of the city, space needle, piers, and bay. Incredible. It was furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as extra towels, pillows and sheets. We stayed with 2 little kids and it was so comfortable with them, there were no breakables we worried about and the comfort was wonderful. The only thing I'd like to say is if you bring kids, the window coverings don't keep out the light at all, so when the sun rises so do the kids, but we barely had them closed because of the great views. The part of town that this condo was located, Belltown. We loved that there were neighborhood coffee, pastrie shops right at the base of the building. Only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place. Thank you Sea to Sky. I will also add I called Sea to Sky a few times to ask questions about the trains and the city and they were so helpful!"

  • Great location, wonderfully responsive owners, amazingly comfortable

"When we retired, our goal was to travel for two years, using VRBO in multiple cities around the country. Our plans were cut short by two months because of aging parents in Minnesota who needed some help. One of the places we didn't get to go, but intended to, was Seattle. Now, we've made it! While there are numerous places to rent in this city, this was the only one that met absolutely all our criteria, not the least of which was the amazing location right on Alaskan Way across from the aquarium, the Great Wheel, the piers, and the cruise ship terminal. The incredible bonus - right under Pike Place Market with elevator access straight into the market from a parking garage less than a block away. The front desk manager was most welcoming and was very helpful in our receiving mail and packages while there (if you need to get mail or packages, the owner will tell you how they must be addressed). The condo itself was very comfortable and was sparkling clean. The air conditioner in the living room did a commendable job and the owner installed a bedroom air conditioner while we were there. Happy, happy, happy. The living room faces the water with amazing views of Puget Sound. Sadly, when we were there, there was scaffolding outside the windows as the building exterior was undergoing renovation. That will go away soon - and it only partially blocked our view. LOVE being able to sit on the sofa watching the ferries go back and forth, not to mention the huge cargo ships that lumber by. The kitchen is nicely laid out. The stove was amazing. There is plenty of cupboard space for whatever supplies you might bring. Most essentials are already present courtesy of the owner and/or previous guests leaving non-perishables as they depart. The shower is huge with both a wall-mount/handheld head and a rain shower overhead. The vanity area has two sinks, which is great when two of you need to get ready at the same time. Underground parking with steel grate roll-up doors that are remote controlled keep your car safe and dry. And, the people who live in the building that you meet coming and going are all friendly and personable. One of the nicest features was the inclusion of a full size stacking washer and dryer. Not many units do that anymore. During the course of our stay, we had one or two minor needs that were attended to by the owners immediately. Would we stay in this condo again when visiting Seattle? In a heartbeat!!"
