  • Amazing location! Great amenities. Wonderful vacation!

"The location of this place is perfect! Central to all that Seattle has to offer...we walked everywhere even though we had a rental car parked in a very secure convenient parking garage below. Gayle was very friendly & accessible for all needs. Check-in was easy as cake thanks to her very detailed and helpful instructions she gave us including tips on city attractions, restaurants, & shopping. The gym was great as well as the jacuzzi which we used daily. The condo was stocked with more than enough towels blankets, kitchen utensils, dishes, & cookware. And tastefully decorated & renovated. Although it could use an electric griddle but this is just a personal preference for me. Flatscreen TV's were in the main living area & 1 bedroom so maybe a TV in the 2nd bedroom too would have been an added touch to make the condo out of this world. But great cable tv and free WiFi. Some toiletries were provided such as shampoo conditioner & soap/body wash & a blow dryer. Ample ear plugs were provided for city and bar noise which was only active weekend nights. There is a small view of the Puget Sound only if you step out onto the small balcony off the main living area & look west. But the 7th floor terrace gives an amazing unobstructed view of the city & the Sound. We really enjoyed being only 2 blocks up from the waterfront for convenient ferry access and great morning runs as well as the wharf area with the wheel, waterfront restaurants, & other attractions. Easy access to hwys out of the city when traveling to neighboring cities & the airport. All in all it was a fantastic place to stay for any occasion. A 5 star place!"

"The apartment is well furnished and immaculately clean. It is aging a bit (the grout in the tub) but hardly worth noting. Very quiet. Was attending a function at the Convention Centre and playing the tourist downtown, so the location is perfect -- can absolutely walk everywhere. The building itself is beautiful, and is currently undergoing renos in the lobby and amenity areas that will make it extraordinary. Picture Properties, the management company, is the best. Any time I had a question, I received an immediate, helpful, and very friendly reply. Only two minor observations that can be easily addressed: 1. There were no food supplies in the kitchen. At a Home Away in Toronto where I stayed, they had coffee, tea, cereal, instant noodles, cooking spices, etc. 2. The tv reception was not great, and I found it difficult to get around the channels -- but maybe that was just me! Still, a fabulous place, and that's why I gave it five stars."

  • Great location, perfect size for a family of four.

"Easy to find, but parking was not explained clearly ahead of time. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, which complicated things the first time we pulled up after a 5 hour drive with all of our bags, in the dark, in the rain and had no idea where to park. STRESS. Once we were in the condo, we found instructions for parking in the basement garage- which was oh-so convenient in the end. The building is nice, the condo is modern and cute- tiny but perfect size for our family of four for just a couple of days. Surface clean, but has not been deep cleaned/maintained in a very long time- don't look too close and you will be much happier. Most desperate attention needed: floors need to be re-done and some furniture needs to be cleaned. Yuck. Due to small size of condo, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom have sliding pocket doors that do not afford a lock or any real privacy. The door on the bathroom easily comes off the track and there are large gaps which allow seeing in and out much too easily for anyone wishing to be modest (13-year-old girl). The bathroom is off the kitchen, so if you are cooking, you can see whoever is in the bathroom doing their business. The kitchen was stocked very well- we managed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner with no problems! Lots of fresh towels and linens and the beds were super comfy. Cable TV was a bonus for us. Best of all, it's located between downtown and the Space Needle- within walking distance of both- and there is a neighborhood grocery across the street. We will be back."
