  • Beautiful, modern, comfortable.

"This unit is very bright and comfortable. It was especially nice to have a view of the Space Needle and Elliott Bay. Bathrooms are spacious, and well maintained. The parking spot in the garage is close and convenient. Check in and out was super easy and Aaron was very accommodating. He responded immediately to my questions before and after booking. We did not experience any problems during our stay, and we felt very much at home. There was the usual amount of city noise - traffic, late-night revelers, etc. However, there is some sort of ventilation system (not sure what it is) that runs down the center of Battery Street, on the south side of the condo where the bedrooms are. There was a constant roar about the same level of noise that a street sweeping machine would make. I slept with ear plugs, and I was able to sleep soundly, but if it had been summer, with the windows open, the noise would have really bothered me. The noise issue would not prevent me from booking this unit again - but if you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs for sleeping. We didn't hear the noise from the main living area. The set up of the living area is very comfortable and roomy, and with four adults, we never felt crowded. Upon Aaron's recommendation, we tried Etta's for seafood, and it was wonderful. However, we do not recommend the Italian restaurant near the entrance to this unit. None of us liked the seafood spaghetti, and the eggplant parmesan was bland - nothing there tasted fresh, and one of us became ill shortly after eating there. Top pot donuts on 5th was very satisfying."

  • Great location and well kept

"3 of us came for a craft beer weekend to Seattle and stayed in the condo. Right in the heart of Belltown, the location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to many things and short Uber rides anywhere else. The condo was in great shape, relatively new, with lots of amenities. Only downside was the hot tub was closed while we were there and the main pool was a bit murky so think the ph was way off. Definitely recommend the place to stay again!"

  • Awesome location, functional condo

"Our family of two adults and two children stayed at this condo and it suited our needs very well. We got the Seattle City Pass and were able to walk to all but one of the attractions (the zoo). We loved all of them: the harbor tour was really informative and fun, Chihuly Garden and Glass was great and very appealing to children as well. Tons for families to do and also be able to take a break in the middle of the day because everything was so close/convenient. There were many restaurants and bakeries right near the condo - again, very convenient. It was also wonderful to have a paid parking spot even though we rarely used our vehicle. The condo had a nice, urban view, although it is small. A few suggestions: provide more toilet paper (we ran out the last morning!), provide Kleenex, put some coat hooks on the wall near the door, in a few places the paint is getting a little dingy and a quick coat of paint would make things that much better. Also, the battery cover of one of the remotes would NOT stay on, may need to be replaced. Overall, this condo was a great value with a location that is hard to beat. Recommended!"

  • Perfect!

"Art house #705 was perfect for our football filled weekend. Plenty of room for 3 adults with a lot of unexpected extras in the condo. A great location to get to Pikes and the Space needle, and super easy to hop on the LINK to head to the UW. Parking was secured, and though is a compact spot, fit our minivan just fine. Again, it was perfect!"
