  • Great location! Great view!

"We will 100% stay again. Super clean. This was perfect for my husband and 3 kids for a 2 night stay in Seattle. The hot tub was... amazing. We used the property's parking pass for just $20 which was a no-brainer. My only "complaint" is more of a warning: the window in the queen bedroom can open and being 26 floors up, well it's scary. This was a concern given my exploratory 4 year olds twins, so we just switched rooms. Could not be happier with our stay!!"

  • Convenient, spacious accommodations with a Supportive Staff

"We definitely found our stay location well-situated. The rooms were a lovely size and the kitchen very reasonably laid out. In general the furnishings were sufficient to meet our needs but it was evident that some of the furnishings were a bit tired looking (likely due to the active use and turnover of the guests.) It was necessary to do a bit of additional scrubbing on the dining table and some food bits had gotten stuck perhaps during the overall cleaning. As I was not well enough, we could not take advantage of the pool in the building- which I am sure was our loss- but does remind me to mention that the policy around trading weekends when illness strikes could be reviewed, particularly since my money was already with you, so my commitment was obvious. Since we do not plan to be sick, as it strikes suddenly, being able to notify you and request a change - when an alternate weekend becomes available would really been a boon and likely something others could appreciate as well. I think that the last thought that I had was that the view we wound up with did not match the picture seen online, which suggests that perhaps the best views go to those who actually own or rent their apartments in the building? It was not a terrible view but we did look right into the working office spaces of the building directly across the street. Perhaps on our next trip, we will be able to see more of the city from our choice of location? Thank you for assisting us with our birthday weekend. Seattle is a city we enjoy a great deal!! Barb A-Z NB- tried to edit the section that did not first show up as "not Recommended", as I we do recommend those super things but this online survey would not allow me to make the needed changes."

  • Modern apartment in an ideal location

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying in this apartment, which was bright, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. It was perfectly located, so we were able to easily walk to all the city's major attractions. The extra touches such as the provision of shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, and kitchen basics such as oil and spices, were greatly appreciated, as was the bottle of wine on arrival. Our host was very helpful and reliable, and we would definitely stay here again."

  • Cozy home in the heart of Downtown Seattle

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing 4 day trip we had in Seattle! This home proved to be safe, comfortable and extremely convenient in terms of location and our needs. Seattle was a consistent 30 degrees during our stay and the home had several heaters. First pro for sure, I'm a sucker in the cold! Things like an iron, extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner, clean towels...all nice adds as well. My husband and I walked to Pike Place Market one day and bought food to make at home--it was even perfect for that. They had pots, pans, utensils and even a good sized spice rack for us to use. Dinner was great! The pictures don't showcase it well, but the bathroom is a pretty good size. There's also a nice size foyer (with a closet) at the entrance of the unit which was great for leaving our boots and heavy coats. Checking in was easy--Doug was great and dependable. And Sea to Sky Rentals was awesome with any questions I had before/during/after our stay. Cons? Not really too many. The only thing nuisance I can think of were the walls/pipes. At times (not often at mostly at night) you could hear random noises coming from the pipes. (Assuming it was the heat or building though). The walls weren't necessarily then, but because of the unit's placement on the street and the many windows, you could often hear the train, people below, cars, etc. A suggestion however, would be to double check the windows upon arrival. Many of them were closed but not locked so there was cold air coming in and sound as well. We adjusted them one evening (we're clearly idiots because we didn't do it night one!) but it made a really big difference. All in all, terrific! Would totally stay here again. Thanks Sea to Sky Rentals! :)"
