  • Great location, great views!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family needs the 3 bedroom, 3 baths offered here, and this seems to be unique in Seattle. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The Belltown location is central for walking to sites and restaurants. We always have fun there."

  • Perfect location

"We loved staying at the Nest. The location was perfect - we wanted to visit some places in Capitol Hill - Annapurna for Indian food - and downtown, so we were right in the middle. We even walked all the way to Pier 69 - just a 30 min walk from here. We didn't have a car while in Seattle, but when we were ready to see the countryside, we rented from Budget, which is in the Homewood Suites, right next door. There was everything we needed in the apartment for light cooking, and all the furniture and beds were comfortable, and perfectly clean. Communications were easy too. Thanks!"

  • Downtown location, beautifuls views, but...

"A welcome snack and beverage basket was waiting for us upon arrival. It was very appreciated to have soap and hair washing products available in the shower; less to carry in your suitcase. The unit was clean, but showing some wear, likely because of its status as a popular rental. This location was within easy walking distance of major attractions and the waterfront with spectacular views of Puget Sound. There is a small grocer just outside the main entrance to the building for easy purchase of basic breakfast and snack items and a great bakery nearby too. The condo would comfortably fit four adults. Even though a sleeper sofa is provided I would think it cramped to have more people in this unit as the couch only seats 3 and the dining table only seats four. This location is in a millennial centric area of Seattle with popular alfresco dining spots right below your condo and you are also at a traffic light intersection so it is VERY NOISY on weekend nights, even with the windows closed. It is pleasant to take advantage of the cool air off the Puget Sound by leaving your windows and doors open but difficult to sleep if you have a warm night and need the cooler air. As noted in the amenities, there are portable air conditioners available. If the Seattle temps creep into the mid 80s this condo gets very warm. The portable AC units are very loud and do not quite master the job of cooling down the unit. I highly suggest room darkening shades to help reduce the heat from the sun and to reduce the ambient light in the bedrooms, especially during the longer daylight hours in the summer. All in all a nice stay at this condo."

  • Good value, great location

"We had a very nice stay at this place. It's conveniently located near major points of interest in Seattle - Pike's Market, Seattle Center, restaurants and bars. The room itself has all the conveniences of home including a kitchen with pots, pans and cleaning supplies. Free parking is a bonus. We even used barbecue grill on the 7th floor. The only hiccup is that th A/C unit wasn't working well. I highly recommend staying here."
