  • Good value, great location

"We had a very nice stay at this place. It's conveniently located near major points of interest in Seattle - Pike's Market, Seattle Center, restaurants and bars. The room itself has all the conveniences of home including a kitchen with pots, pans and cleaning supplies. Free parking is a bonus. We even used barbecue grill on the 7th floor. The only hiccup is that th A/C unit wasn't working well. I highly recommend staying here."

  • Downtown location, beautifuls views, but...

"A welcome snack and beverage basket was waiting for us upon arrival. It was very appreciated to have soap and hair washing products available in the shower; less to carry in your suitcase. The unit was clean, but showing some wear, likely because of its status as a popular rental. This location was within easy walking distance of major attractions and the waterfront with spectacular views of Puget Sound. There is a small grocer just outside the main entrance to the building for easy purchase of basic breakfast and snack items and a great bakery nearby too. The condo would comfortably fit four adults. Even though a sleeper sofa is provided I would think it cramped to have more people in this unit as the couch only seats 3 and the dining table only seats four. This location is in a millennial centric area of Seattle with popular alfresco dining spots right below your condo and you are also at a traffic light intersection so it is VERY NOISY on weekend nights, even with the windows closed. It is pleasant to take advantage of the cool air off the Puget Sound by leaving your windows and doors open but difficult to sleep if you have a warm night and need the cooler air. As noted in the amenities, there are portable air conditioners available. If the Seattle temps creep into the mid 80s this condo gets very warm. The portable AC units are very loud and do not quite master the job of cooling down the unit. I highly suggest room darkening shades to help reduce the heat from the sun and to reduce the ambient light in the bedrooms, especially during the longer daylight hours in the summer. All in all a nice stay at this condo."

  • Great Part of Town!

"This was a great condo in a really cool part of town. We walked to the Space Needle and all its surrounding museums, to the pike's place market and to the aquarium quite easily. Tons of interesting food and restaurants around. We even ate one meal "in" after shopping in the market! The condo itself was very comfortable and cute with a beautiful view of the courtyard. Kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hottub. When we didn't want to walk, Uber was available within 2-3 minutes. Autum was a great host and greeted us warmly with everything we needed. Condo was clean and beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and plates, and some spices etc. but expect to buy cooking staples if you plan to cook a lot - no cooking oil, flour, that sort of thing. Coffee, filters, sugar, and powdered creamer were all provided. We appreciated the laundry machines after a week of cruising and suitcases of dirty clothes! I wish we could have stayed longer!"
