  • Great place and great location!

"We had 11 people in our group. 6 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of room to move about and relax after skiing. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beginner slope was a 25 ft all and most of our group would ski in right to the back door. We have stayed at other places before and this was the most convienent and comfortable place by far. There is plenty of room in the ski room to store skis and to get ready for the slope. Everyone in our group kept saying how much they liked the place. If their was one thing to change the group said it would be the view. On the back deck the view is blocked by nice trees but really did not miss the view at all. You can see through the trees to the slope."

  • Great time!

"Great choice of room to rent! Very clean and well maintained. Nice kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to sleep and all of your ski gear. The location is great because the shuttle pulls right up to the front of the hotel and is just steps away from the slopes! Definitely coming back."

  • Wonderful ski vacation spot for families

"Wonderful place for our extended family of kids/grand babies. Plenty of room and plenty of heat to stay warm. One reviewer said the fireplace was out, but we were able to get it working by lighting the pilot light. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans, utensils etc for us to cook our meals. Beds were comfortable, snow room was exceptional to keep boots and ski's and get suited up for skiing. Dale, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. We were too tired each night to get out so we never tried any of the restaurants or activities other than night skiing. The walk to catch the bus for night skiing is not super close (especially in ski boots :) ) but some of our group did it twice. Also, make sure you are at the right bus stop that goes to Silver Creek. Note to get to Snowshoe slopes......walk through the woods and the Mountain Lodge lobby rather than behind the building.....it seemed easier and was a last minute warm-up before getting back outside in the cold. Would definitely come back to this location!!!"
