5 star (German Tourism Association) luxury apartment, renovated in 2006, with resident British owners. The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 balconies, a kitchen-dining room and a large living room with TV and DVD player.

The house is located in a quiet road next to the forest, with no through traffic. Although the location is very quiet, there are houses around and restaurants, shops and public transport, are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Forest walks and the closest restaurant are within 2 minutes walk. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, for walking,skiing and for sightseeing in Germany and Czech Republic. Munich, Prague and Passau and UNESCO World Heritage Sites Regensburg and Cesky Krumlow are all within easy reach.

The local people are friendly and helpful, and you get a real feeling of local Bavarian life here. In summer, there are beer and medieval festivals every weekend in the area.
