This brand new Las Conchas beach house has everything you want on vacation with all the comforts of home. The beach is directly across the street so the ocean is just steps away. The ocean views are the best feature and they can be enjoyed from the 2nd or 3rd story decks. It is completely furnished including refrigerated A/C and all appliances--refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, blender, coffee maker and outdoor BBQ grill.
3 large bedrooms and a pull-out sofa will allow 8 to sleep comfortably and the 4 bathrooms offer plenty of space, including a full bathroom in the garage so you can go straight from the beach to the shower! The guard gate and private beach will allow you privacy and security. Bring your laptop if you would like to keep up with work and other details with our free high-speed wireless internet plus enjoy unlimited local and U.S. phone calls.
Free satellite TV can be viewed on our flat screen plasma TV. We have recently added a new digital combination safe to store your valuables.

My family returned from a week-long trip to Casa Fuerte in Rocky Point and they said it gets better every time they visit. They had no problems crossing the border or driving into Rocky Point. The town itself was a little more calm, which made it even more relaxing. The house has been completely re-painted and looks better than ever. We just installed a new microwave and replaced the master bed with a nice pillow-top mattress. The beach is still very clean and quiet, so I'm already planning my next vacation.

But crossing the boarder I thought "this doesnt look like Paradise" but after arriving at Casa Fuerte things looked alot better. Casa Fuerte house was a great deal for the price we paid, it was in one of the best areas (I think) in Rocky Point and it was pretty much on the Beach. It had nice granite countertops and lots of deck space up top. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax, not be bothered by noise and enjoy the beach. thumbs up in my opinion. Casa Fuerte is a nice home at a great location. However, it was not well stocked or in working order as the description implied nor as compared with other VRBO rentals. Be prepared to bring or buy anything you might need, because it won't be provided with this property. Hopefully, the owner gets property manager to look after and upkeep. * Air conditioner not on when we arrived. * Ants in kitchen. * Microwave did not work. * Not enough silverware. No wine glasses. * No matches/lighter for candles or BBQ. * Satellite TV not plugged in. * Not encough paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen towels. * Kitchen faucet leaked. * Deck lounge chairs broken. * No hangers in upstairs bedrooms. * Upstairs toilet puddles and smells.
Owner response:Occasionally it is difficult to manage a home in Mexico when you live in the U.S., but this home is usually very well maintained. We update things as we hear about them, so we've recently added a new microwave and a new Sealy pillowtop bed in the master bedroom. The main thing to remember is that it is Mexico....not the U.S. There may be some things you have to do yourself (i.e. flip the A/C switch on), but I think that is the charm of Mexico. We go there because it is different from what we are used to.
