Starship Beach House With Panoramic Oceanfront Views On An Endless Beach

Perched on a dune above the beach, this artistically designed house has panoramic views that bring the ocean to you. The fully stocked kitchen opens into the spacious "great room" with a boveda ceiling, wrap around windows, and fireplace. The adjoining balcony is a perfect place for reading, cocktails, viewing the beach below and just hanging out. It's also an ideal spot for watching the osprey and pelicans flying. The bedroom on the entry level has a queen bed and an adjoining bath/shower. Downstairs is the "open" middle bedroom with two twin beds and opens directly out to an exterior deck. This open/twin bedroom is not a private room. Adjacent to the open/twin bedroom is the master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bath/shower with ocean views and a private patio space. Both bedrooms downstairs open to an expansive deck with a private stairway to the beach. Down the stairway to the beach is a palapa where you can spend the day by the beach, shaded from the sun and cooled by the ocean breeze. The house has a two car garage and a roof/stardeck ideal for night-sky-gazing. There is WiFi, a TV for streaming, and the DVD player in the great room.
The house is available for a minimun three nights stays.

All reservations are strictly conditioned on guest completing and returning to owner the owner’s rental agreement within 7 days of initial payment.
All occupants of the Rental Property must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Las Conchas home owners Association
Pets must be kept off all household furniture. Evidence of violating this rule will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Our 4th stay - and we'll be back

We can't recommend this property enough - my spouse has stayed here 4 times and I've stayed here 3 times. It's a perfect location, a roomy, comfortable house with plenty of room and lovely amenities, and what feels like a private beach. Great communication with the owners, easy check-in -- we can't wait for our next visit!

This is our 3rd stay at the Starship and as usual, it was perfect! My husband, two dogs and I spent 5 days there. The location is perfect, has direct access to the beach & the house is clean and well stocked. We love staying here and will definitely be back!

Relaxing get away

Celebrated Thanksgiving at the Starship. Proximity was close enough into town but felt much more relaxing without all the crowds. House was great with amazing views and patios galore.

Family vacation at Rocky Point

It was our first time visiting Rocky Point and Michael's place was just perfect for us. We had easy access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The waves are gentle and tide pools formed daily which made water play more fun for my toddler and dog. The property was as described and it was well equipped for making meals. The views from the house were as good as we had hoped for. There is a giant Walmart nearby that made last minute shopping easy. Would love to stay here again!

My husband and I (and our dogs) absolutely loved staying at the Starship. The property is perfect! The house had everything we needed, the views are amazing, it’s close to the beach and not far from town. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely be back!

Our dear friend Alan built the Starship Beach House in 1991 and infused it with a wonderful spirit, much like his own. The beach here is graced with gentle waves and is a great place for long walks and shelling, kayaking and swimming. It's a perfect spot to escape and relax at the beach.

Why they chose this property

This house has a beautiful beach setting, privacy, spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and is just ten minutes away from town (Puerto Penasco).

What makes this property unique

The decks of this house are magical. If your timing is right you can sit on the roof deck and watch the sun set at one end of the beach and the full moon rise on the other, with the Sea of Cortez in front of you. Down below, sitting under the palapa is THE perfect place to watch the waves, read, sip a beverage and enjoy the ocean.
Please note: This is a perfect place to enjoy the beach but the Las Conchas HOA prohibits renters bringing and/or using ATV's in the Las Conchas community.
