Wonderful, cozy casita on a beautiful stretch of Las Conchas. All the amenities you could think of and everything is so clean and in great condition. Seeing the waves come up to the wall during high tide is so cool! Also, really close to the estuary where you can have amazing oysters. Only about a 15 min. drive into downtown Puerto Peñasco.

Perfection in Penasco ~

Probably 6 stay at Casa Caio and Cariono - it's always the same - PERFECT! Absolutely best rental in Las Conchas!

Petfect beachfront casita

The casita was just as described --comfortable, well appointed, clean and right on the Sea of Cortez.This portion of the Las Conchas beach is long and sandy without coral which made low tide walks a pleasure.Overall, it's a wonderful property we'd be happy to return to

Puerto Penasco Perfection!

Alana’s home is the best property I’ve stayed at in Rocky Point. It is clean, updated, and comes with all the kitchen and beach essentials! The beach at that part of Las Conchas is also the best, with all sand for playing, relaxing, and long Beach walks. We had a great time at a great house!

Wish we were still there!

This was the nicest, most comfortable, and most meticulously maintained home we have ever stayed at in Rocky Point and we have stayed at many. We unfortunately needed to cut our stay short due to what is occurring in the world, but we can hardly wait to go back!

Even better than the pictures

The owners clearly go the extra mile with nice attention to details. Loved the little private sand area and sitting inside on the couch looking at the waves was so relaxing.

Our second visit

Our second visit was just as amazing as our first. This is a must place to stay ONLY if you like to walk down a few steps right to the ocean...like a very clean and updated house...views views views and privacy!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay. Very upgraded and super clean. The owners were very accommodating throughout and provided very good information before our arrival. Very quiet beach beautiful patio, everything was just perfet. Almost hate to share the review to keep this a secret but the owners were too accommodating not too. We will be back!!

Best Beach Rental

Only beach Rental I'll stay at! Not only is this the best kept secret (shhhhh) as far as beaches. These rental homes are always kept perfectly perfect! Comfortable, charming, spotless and well appointed! Perfection!

Wonderful!

The casita was so charming. It was decorated with an impeccable eye for detail. Views were amazing. Owners were easily accessible & great to deal with. The only downside is I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be staying here again!

Getaway
