This home is actually 2 separate apartments each with it's own entrance, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room. Both include air conditioned bedrooms, TV, DVD player, CD player, large gas grill for outdoor cooking. Both apartments boast 1200+ - sq ft of living space. Our home is conveniently located with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, grocery store and various other shops. Sunset & Surf house can be rented as one unit for larger families and groups. Maximum of 4 adults per apartment. An ocean view from the balcony is most impressive.
