We have now joined the Las Palomas Rental Pool to take advantage of the many amenities offered thru that management. The owners of Units that are not members of the Rental Pool will face law suits and be forced to join the Rental Pool system. If you rent at a very low rate that owner is not in the Rental Pool and you will likely face problems when you try to check into the Unit.
Las Palomas is the largest and best equipped resort on Rocky Point. Everything you would need for a relaxing or event filled vacation on the property. Or, you can explore the quaint fishing village of Puerto Penasco.
Las Palomas includes on-site pools, fine dining, gym and spa, golf, tennis, pool bar and fun for all in your party.

Looking for a relaxing beach getaway? Book this condo!! This was my second trip to Jim's condo and it was even better than the first. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of pools and conveniences (the fitness center is far better than expected, for example). The unit has a gigantic balcony and 3 sets of sliding glass doors that provide incredible views of the ocean and pools below. We did not try the food onsite (too pricey for my wallet), but the kitchen was perfect for cooking local food. Even better is the nearby restaraunts that serve awesome authentic food for cheap! I love the fish market and had an absolute blast renting ATVs for an afternoon. I will be returning many times, hopefully soon! Side note: avoid deep sea fishing with Santiago's Ocean Services. They did not provide adequate grouper (200+ pound fish) tackle, which was not discovered until we were at the location. They refused to provide a refund.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Las Palomas. The condo was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Even saw some dolphins! Both restaurants served delicious meals and the prices were very reasonable.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family stayed in Rubi 603 last year for the 4th of July and decided we would stay at Las Palomas every 4th of July. Everything in Jim's condo was perfect and sandy beach is enormous and never crowded. The huge number of pools are great if you've children that want to keep swimming after dark and don't want them in the sea. If you're familiar with the city of Puerto Penasco, you can find great deals on the freshest seafood.

What a wonderful condo!! Unbelievable views! I would rather stay in this unit on the 6th floor than a first floor unit. It was great having coffee on the large patio and doing the dishes wasn't so bad looking right out to the ocean. We opened all 3 sliding glass walls and enjoyed the fresh air. It was larg enough for two families to be comfortable. I highly recommend this condo!

We rented this unit over the Easter weekend and were very pleased with the condo. It was comfortably furnished and well supplied. Our son and other family members golfed and enjoyed playing the couse. The restaurant on property,Marie's, was very good and exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to our next visit!
