Now just imagine yourself Sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Or walking down your ramp to your huge private dock where your boat, Jet Ski or many other water toys might be stored. Or just sun on the huge dock in a lounger.
The Dock area is over 1400 square feet. It features Brock Decking that stays cooler with no splinters. The Dock has a Water Slide, Shower, Electrical, Compressed Air (to blow up those water toys), running water, and 4 lounge chairs with plenty of room to lie in the sun.
After you are ready to retreat, inside you will enjoy this five bedroom, three bath, 2950 square foot villa. Oh, don't forget to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi that overlooks the water.

Our Fantastic Discovery Bay Villa Experience

We have spent the last two summers vacationing at the Delta in Discovery Bay. Prior to that we rented homes at Bass Lake and Lake Nacimiento. There is no comparison to our experience in Discovery Bay. The Discovery Bay Villa is the nicest home that we have rented. Guido and his wife are very open to suggestions and even upgraded the beds in the bunk bed room at our request. It is top notch, first class, and we have already booked our vacation for 2011. We can't wait to come back and spend another week there in 2011. It is a fantastic home for kids and adults alike. You are missing out if you don't book your vacation here!!!

from the moment I spoke to Guido, the owner to the moment we left this house, I was completely amazed. Guido took the time to meet us at the house, going over every detail we needed to know. The house has everything and then some. The dock complete with paddle boats and a slide was one of our favorite features. Guido even gave us the name of a boat rental place. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. The beds are VERY comfortable and the entertainment system has everything. We were so impressed with this house, we didnt want to go home. Thanks Guido & Gracie for making our Labor Day weekend so special. We'll see you next year!

Great location as it is only a few minutes to get to the fast water. Property was very clean and everything was in good condition. Dock size was great as we parked two boats there and kids had lots of room to swim. Slide on the dock was a big hit. We are looking forward to coming back.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO RELAX. MY BROTHER FROM BACK EAST AND THE REST OF OUR FAMILY RECENTLY SPENT A HOLIDAY HERE AND IT IS TRULY A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. WE CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN, AS SOON AS WE CAN COORDINATE WITH EVERYONE.
