4) Comfortable Beds for the Adults, after all you are on Vacation why not sleep on comfortable Big beds (1-King Feather Top in Master, 3-Queen Double Pillow Top in Three other Bedrooms)

Now just imagine yourself Sitting on the deck overlooking the water. Or walking down your ramp to your huge private dock where your boat, Jet Ski or many other water toys might be stored. Or just sun on the huge dock in a lounger.
The Dock area is over 1400 square feet. It features Brock Decking that stays cooler with no splinters. The Dock has a Water Slide, Shower, Electrical, Compressed Air (to blow up those water toys), running water, and 4 lounge chairs with plenty of room to lie in the sun.
After you are ready to retreat, inside you will enjoy this five bedroom, three bath, 2950 square foot villa. Oh, don't forget to enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi that overlooks the water.

Cleaning Fee $200 and refundable Security Deposit of $1,250
*Holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas and Thanksgiving.
