ABOUT THIS PROPERTY - large, 550-square-foot junior suite on the third floor with a beautiful view of the MGM Grand pool and surrounding mountains.

Please note: This is an exclusive serene retreat located within the property of the MGM. It has a guard-gated entrance, intimate setting with focus on personalized care. There is 24-hour concierge, valet service, high speed internet access(in-suite & public areas), in-suite dining and massage.

Guests staying at the Signature have access to all the MGM's amenities (i.e. The MGM's pool, spa etc.) via a moving walkway with private access. In addition, only guests staying at the Signature have access to it's private pools (with pool-side lounge, cocktails, cabanas, glass lava fire pits, etc.), restaurant, Starbucks, and fitness center at no extra cost*. Fun fact: you will be able to charge any service at any of the MGM-Mirage properties to your room.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 05/14/2007 When visiting Las Vegas there are so many hotel options on the main strip, but none are comparable to the accommodations in The Signature at MGM. After my short taxi ride from the airport, I arrived at the private grounds of The Signature through a gated entrance. The friendly staff greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a warm welcome. At the front desk I was acknowledged by name, given my room keys, and told I could leave my luggage downstairs; it would be at the room shortly.

I felt as if I were a superstar or wealthy millionaire the way the concierge greeted me and took care of my every request. The lobby was clean, smoke free and best of all, QUIET. Although The Signature is connected to the MGM Grand, it is not a casino, so the instant sound of the "ka-chinging" slot machines is not the first thing you hear. Over the course of my weekend stay, while walking through the lobby, I observed real celebrities including athletes and musicians also staying here.

What makes this place the best place to stay on the strip is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Signature is connected directly to the MGM Grand through a private, air-conditioned corridor with moving walkways. It was so nice to be so close to all the action and many restaurant options, yet get away to my own private hideaway when I wanted to relax.

This luxurious and ultra modern 550 square foot junior suite has everything your heart could desire, above and beyond your typical hotel room. There were flat screen televisions, a jetted tub in the huge bathroom, a plush down comforter on the king-size bed and even a fully equipped kitchenette. A fridge (with bottled water…that was free!) and a microwave were nice, but the two-burner cook top, dishwashing liquid, complete utensils, toaster and blender were an extra special bonus. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out in the living area. The sofa even pulls out to make an extra bed if you are sharing the suite with your friends or family.

I was there to relax, and relax I did. When staying at The Signature, you have access to the pools at The MGM, but why do that when I could enjoy the private, secluded pools here? Not once did I have to fight crowds for a lounge chair. It was tranquil with soft music playing, and there were several private cabanas and employees ready to tend to my every need. When I was done sunbathing, I would pick up my favorite cold drink from the Starbucks located right off the pool area.

If you want to be treated like a superstar and have your own private suite yet still be close to where all the action is, then this accommodation at The Signature is for you!

  • This was our first experience using VRBO and I must say David and the Signature did it justice. We very much enjoyed a great week in Vegas. Relaxed by the pool all day then headed out at night. Next time we plan to go to Vegas we will be staying at the Signature. We highly recommend it!

  • First off, I want to highly recommend David as a great guy to work with - not only did we get a good rate (way better than booking through the Signature directly), but we had a bit of an after-booking schedule issue that David quickly and helpfully changed for us. He was always kind and more than accommodating. Second, the suite was fantastic; I don't think I would want to stay anywhere else in Vegas. The bed was large and comfortable, the kitchenette was fabulous, and the bathroom.. well, I'm going to have a problem when I want to build my own bathroom now, because nothing else is gonna cut it anymore! :) You won't regret staying at the Signature, and you won't regret booking through David.

  • We just returned from three night's lodging in this junior suite. What a wonderful retreat! The suite is comfortable, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is very convenient to all the Las Vegas action, but very quiet when you are ready to be away from the noise. We read the many postive comments when making our reservation and have to agree with all of them! Hope to visit again!

  • This place was perfect! It had everything you need and more for your stay in Vegas. The location was great, the room was spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed and ammenties galore! My favorite was the giant whirlpool bathtub for 2. And the best part were the owners who made sure our stay was flawless! That's what seperates this rental from the others listed for rent at the MGM Signature. They really went above and beyond for us. I highly, highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to Vegas!

  • Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! - This property is fantastic! The place itself and Dr. Jaget, or "David," the owner, over delivered. First, the suite has plenty of room. It has all of the functional features one would want (flat screen tv, couch, coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.) and the bathroom area was very spacious. The dual sinks and tv came in very handy every morning and the jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax each night. Besides the property being top notch, the owner, David, went above and beyond. He was more than accommodating and worked with me to help me make my wife's 27th Birthday surprise one to remember. I highly recommend this property and it's owner, David, for all those looking for a great place to stay in Vegas.

  • We had a fantastic six night break here. The suite is equipped with everything - tv in the bathroom, jacuzzi, sizeable shower, most comfortable pillows and bed I think I've ever slept on, and good basic cooking facilities. A small point but worth noting - this suite is in Tower 1 (of 3) which means you're closest to the MGM Grand, the reception, and the security gate, and there's also a Starbucks in the building. It's on Floor 3 which means no endless lift rides and no problem for those who dislike heights. It's really close to everything, and there are moving walkways to take you to the MGM Grand itself. You enter the MGM Grand very close to the restaurants, shops and monorail entrance, which we used a lot to go up and down the Strip. The Signature staff were extremely professional and helpful. Finally, we paid Mr Jaget the full and final price when booking - we were pleased that there were no hidden fees or costs added on when we arrived at the resort, just tips for the staff at our own discretion. We'd definitely rent this suite again. Many thanks to David!

  • The room was beautifully decorated with ample closet space and dresser drawers, drawers in the bathroom etc. The jacuzzi tub and shower were very large and everything was as promised by David. There is a great walkway connecting to the MGM Grande and it is close to the monorail which I used on several occasions. I really enjoyed my stay and the spaciousness of the room sure was wonderful. There is also a very nice 24 hour gym which is included in the price of the stay...unlike some other hotels which charge upwards of $35/use I discovered from my collegues! Thanks David! I hope to stay there again some day. Claudette
