ABOUT THIS PROPERTY - large, 550-square-foot junior suite on the third floor with a beautiful view of the MGM Grand pool and surrounding mountains.
Please note: This is an exclusive serene retreat located within the property of the MGM. It has a guard-gated entrance, intimate setting with focus on personalized care. There is 24-hour concierge, valet service, high speed internet access(in-suite & public areas), in-suite dining and massage.
Guests staying at the Signature have access to all the MGM's amenities (i.e. The MGM's pool, spa etc.) via a moving walkway with private access. In addition, only guests staying at the Signature have access to it's private pools (with pool-side lounge, cocktails, cabanas, glass lava fire pits, etc.), restaurant, Starbucks, and fitness center at no extra cost*. Fun fact: you will be able to charge any service at any of the MGM-Mirage properties to your room.

When visiting Las Vegas there are so many hotel options on the main strip, but none are comparable to the accommodations in The Signature at MGM. After my short taxi ride from the airport, I arrived at the private grounds of The Signature through a gated entrance. The friendly staff greeted me with a cold bottle of water and a warm welcome. At the front desk I was acknowledged by name, given my room keys, and told I could leave my luggage downstairs; it would be at the room shortly.
I felt as if I were a superstar or wealthy millionaire the way the concierge greeted me and took care of my every request. The lobby was clean, smoke free and best of all, QUIET. Although The Signature is connected to the MGM Grand, it is not a casino, so the instant sound of the "ka-chinging" slot machines is not the first thing you hear. Over the course of my weekend stay, while walking through the lobby, I observed real celebrities including athletes and musicians also staying here.
What makes this place the best place to stay on the strip is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Signature is connected directly to the MGM Grand through a private, air-conditioned corridor with moving walkways. It was so nice to be so close to all the action and many restaurant options, yet get away to my own private hideaway when I wanted to relax.
This luxurious and ultra modern 550 square foot junior suite has everything your heart could desire, above and beyond your typical hotel room. There were flat screen televisions, a jetted tub in the huge bathroom, a plush down comforter on the king-size bed and even a fully equipped kitchenette. A fridge (with bottled water…that was free!) and a microwave were nice, but the two-burner cook top, dishwashing liquid, complete utensils, toaster and blender were an extra special bonus. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out in the living area. The sofa even pulls out to make an extra bed if you are sharing the suite with your friends or family.
I was there to relax, and relax I did. When staying at The Signature, you have access to the pools at The MGM, but why do that when I could enjoy the private, secluded pools here? Not once did I have to fight crowds for a lounge chair. It was tranquil with soft music playing, and there were several private cabanas and employees ready to tend to my every need. When I was done sunbathing, I would pick up my favorite cold drink from the Starbucks located right off the pool area.
If you want to be treated like a superstar and have your own private suite yet still be close to where all the action is, then this accommodation at The Signature is for you!

We've stayed in the finest hotels in Las Vegas...and this is the nicest, quietest room so far. Little things like Egyptian cotton towels and Ritz-Carlton like treatment separate the Signature resort from the other hotels on the stip. We will stay here again!

My husband and I just spent the past week @ the Signature for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the service was 5-star. I've been to Vegas 3 times and this was by far the best trip. From first contact with the owners booking the room was a breeze and the price couldn't be beat! I would highly recommend this rental for your next Vegas vacation. I know it will be my first choice next time I plan a trip to Sin City!

My husband and my sisters were celebrating our birthdays and what a way to celebrate. My sisters had not been to Vegas before and this was a great way to introduce them to the city that never sleeps. The rooms were beautifully appointed, view was breathtaking, the bar at the pool was wonderful. And the food, oh my goodness and I mean goodness. There was wonderful venues in walking distance or the tram (which I didn't think was expensive), Room service was prompt and the food was great. We purchased a Prima card for $500 (which is actually a prepaid credit card for MGM products) and once we figured out where to use it, it was great. No need for cash! These condos are great for families or friends traveling together. There was plenty of room for everyone and the privacy was great. I had to call the owner for some clarification questions and she was wonderful We did not have maid service while there, but there was no need, everything was there and plenty of it. A full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, just like home. A blender for those all important smoothies (drinks). The towels and linens were so comfortable. Oh the tub big enough for two as was the shower. Don't miss the water show, art gallery and conservatory at the Bellagio (and the ice cream), the pizza at NYNY, the tower at the Stratosphere and Tobey Keith Bar in Harrahs', talk about good times. The "old" strip, Golden Nugget, Sams' Town. This is a fun city and so much to do. You can stay anywhere and go anywhere and see so much for free or low cost (except the gaming tables/slots). And of course, the natural beauty of the area is worth a trip all its own. Don't miss Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon tours. A definite recommend!! Go, have fun, and relax in a beautiful condo and by all means, enjoy room service and the drinks. Don't forget dinner at Diego's, drinks at Studio 54 or Tabu. And of course the pools.

I knew I was in for a good stay when I told some people I'd be staying at the MGM Signature and their eyes widened. "You," they said, "will love it there." The facility is great, and if you're like me and you've been to Vegas enough times to have your fill of the crush and the noise of the crowd, this place is just close enough to everything to be convenient and just far enough away to be able to get away from it all at a moment's notice. The condo itself was just a short walk/moving walkway away from the MGM Grand proper, and nicely appointed with a large bed and a bathroom that could fit two of them inside. It was spotless and cared for, with nice creature comforts like a mini fridge and flat screen TV (in the bathroom too!) that really made the place feel upscale. Being there for March Madness, it was neat to be able to watch morning basketball games from the shower stall. The walk to (and through) the MGM was not too far, and a walk out the front door and around the corner is a nifty shortcut to the Planet Hollywood resort, where some friends were staying. The Starbucks in the lobby is nice, and there's a little general store there too for supplies and rations. From booking to arrival, the owners were totally available for questions, even a last minute request by me, and were very nice and accommodating. The only bad part about my stay was leaving - it was kind of a bummer to come home to rainy Seattle after 4 days of short-sleeve weather. I can't wait to come back to Las Vegas, and when I do I know this place will be at the top of my list.

The owner was wonderful and helpful, not that we needed any big help, just communicative. The condo had a great location, view and a balcony. And after a night of "playing" it had a Starbucks right down stairs, no searching! The price was right and it is beautiful! Thank you!

Great place to stay for our first trip to Vegas! The location was excellent, and we used it as a base for exploring the Las Vegas strip, as well as day trips to Hoover Dam, Zion and Red Rocks Canyon. The condo was just as described, well equipped, with everything needed for our week. I won't repeat all of the amenities, but we really enjoyed that there was a two burner glass top stove, which we used for a meal or two, along with the pans, utensils and and dishes needed. A unlike a lot of kitchenettes, this one had a garbage disposal! The bathroom was huge, with seperate shower and nice deep jetted tub. It was also very well equipped with toiletries in case you forgot anything. And lots of fluffy towels were provided. The staff of the MGM Signature were very helpful and friendly at all tiimes. And once we paid the rental, it included everything - fitness room, parking, etc, there were no hidden costs! We will be sure to return to this great condo on any future visits!

This was our first experience using VRBO and I must say David and the Signature did it justice. We very much enjoyed a great week in Vegas. Relaxed by the pool all day then headed out at night. Next time we plan to go to Vegas we will be staying at the Signature. We highly recommend it!

The juinior suite is absolutely perfect. Ameneties are convinient and a nice touch, access to the strip and other casinos were a simple short distance away, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitly keep David in mind for my next trip and for family/friends!
