Also, there are charter boats, drift boats, and dive boats at the marina next door. The beach is in walking distance from the property (5 minute walk along the intercoastal).

The condominium amenities include a private movie thearter with leather couches, projection screen, and surround sound. There is a brand new gym with flat screen tv's a sound system, and a sauna. Other amenities include a billiard room, buisness center with computers and confrence room, and a free trolly that picks you up down stairs.

  • Nice apartment in a new quiet building. Great location if you plan to bring your boat. Call the marina in advance to reserve your slip. The marina is 5 minutes from the inlet. Great location, and better prices than Delray properties.
