This is a brand new penthouse condominium located directly across from multi million dollar homes. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and the bathroom has marble and Italian tile. There are two marinas on the property. The building sits on the intracoastal with beautiful views of the intercoastal and the ocean. There are two water front restaurants on the property. Also, there are charter boats, drift boats, and dive boats at the marina next door. The beach is in walking distance from the property (5 minute walk along the intercoastal).
The condominium amenities include a private movie thearter with leather couches, projection screen, and surround sound. There is a brand new gym with flat screen tv's a sound system, and a sauna. Other amenities include a billiard room, buisness center with computers and confrence room, and a free trolly that picks you up down stairs.

I stayed at this property for almost 2 months. The owner Mke was wonderful, easy to deal with, nothing was to much for him to do. He was always on call if you need something. The apartment was immaculate, it has all the utensils and equipment that is necessary to make your stay easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment and building which has a beautiful pool and gym to anyone.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

Nice apartment in a new quiet building. Great location if you plan to bring your boat. Call the marina in advance to reserve your slip. The marina is 5 minutes from the inlet. Great location, and better prices than Delray properties.
