OUR CONDO HAS A DIRECT OCEANFRONT VIEW! What you see on this site is exactly what you get!

Beautiful View of the Ocean from the Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room and the Balcony. You will also have a wonderful view of the ocean from the Master Bedroom which is located directly above the balcony.

We offer one of the nicest condos on the beach because we take excellent care of it. We have a two bedroom, two bath condo that has been totally remodeled inside. All the furniture and appliances are also in excellent condition. As the owners, we have a very personal interest in the unit. We will make sure you're satisfied with your stay.

Our master bedroom has a queen-size bed and our guest bedroom has two full-size beds. You have a beautiful view of the beach from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. A balcony overlooks the seawall and beautiful white sand beach. We offer all the comforts of home including coffee maker, ice maker, answering machine, ironing board, iron, toaster oven, and blender.

Our condo is a large unit with the bedrooms upstairs and the living room, dining room, and kitchen downstairs. We are located on the south end of the beach where there is no driving or parking allowed. That makes it much safer for kids and nicer for sunbathing!

Note: Our condo is strictly NON-SMOKING, No Pets are Allowed - with a maximum of six people at any time.

Helpful Hint: If you do not rent our condo please make sure you see photos of the inside and out of the condo you do rent. My wife and I hear many stories of people who have rented unkept and unclean condos and end up very dissatisfied with the condo they have rented. So please be careful and remember you get what you pay for. Rates of condos on New Smyrna Beach may vary due to oceanfront, car free section of the beach and the condition of the condo itself.
