High upon a rugged mountain, at the entrance of San Juan del Sur harbor sits Punta Marina vacation home. Offering a beautiful view of the harbor and a panoramic vista. Punta Marina is the perfect spot to enjoy alone, with family or with friends.
The house was built with clean open spaces to have nature, the ocean, the sound of the waves, the breeze, and the stars at night, inside the house. The peace that you get from Punta Marina is hard to find anywhere, a place to sit and 'just be'
On the other hand there is space to accomodate comfortably 12 people to enjoy the many activities that San Juan del Sur offers. There is fine dinning, hiking, fishing, scubba diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, canopy, etc.
There are four large bedrooms with their private baths.

For those that are shopping, look no more! This home has 180 degrees of the most beautiful view that you will find. The pics shown do not do it justice. The employees Flo, Mira, and Milton are so nice and do an awesome job of keeping everything clean and they are the greatest cooks ever. They do not speak any English but it does not matter as long as you know just a little or take a translation dictionary along. If anyone seriously wanting more information about taking a vacation in San Juan Del Sur and staying at this home, feel free to find me at Tripadvisor screen name ucatchme25. My family of 10 spent ten days over Christmas 2010 at this home and absolutely loved it! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in San Juan Del Sur this is a great place. It's not right in town but many of us walked into town daily to shop and walk around. We did also rent a car so that a few of us could drive to different surf spots easily. Mayra, Flora, and Milton were extremely nice and we will miss them greatly! The food they cooked for us was delicious and I miss it already. Each bedroom could actually sleep up to 6 people so if you have four small families looking for somewhere to stay this house would be perfect! The bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The outdoor living area is beautiful and we spent our nights outside playing games altogether so don't forget to bring your games with you! Visit this house and you will not be disappointed!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We have visited San Juan del Sur several times and although previous homes had great amenities and wonderful views, this house beat all. This property was extremely clean, had wonderful views, great location and proximity to the city, and was peaceful and relaxing. Maintenance person was always there and our cook was wonderful. True Nica meals, and great rum drinks. Dont need it but recommend a 4-wheel drive. Also, not noted anywhere, but there is a beautiful surf beach just a 45 minutes away. Would recommend this place anytime. We are looking forward to returning.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed here for three nights with 6 people in early November, and had a wonderful time. The open-air main room has an unbelievable view in all directions, and the kitchen is very complete. The bedrooms are also top quality, and the pool is perfect. The photos accurately reflect the property, which is very clean and well maintained. Getting up the steep roads is a bit adventerous, but once you are there, the location could not be better. We asked for a cook and maid, who were terriffic; groceries are available in San Juan Del Sur, just a few kilometers away, and the town is worth an afternoon visit. We would return in a heartbeat!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
