The house was built with clean open spaces to have nature, the ocean, the sound of the waves, the breeze, and the stars at night, inside the house. The peace that you get from Punta Marina is hard to find anywhere, a place to sit and "just be"
On the other hand there is space to accomodate comfortably 13 people to enjoy the many activities that San Juan del Sur offers. There is fine dinning, hiking, fishing, scubba diving, surfing, sailing, water skiing, canopy, etc.
The house consists of four bedrooms with their private baths and two small bedrooms sharing a bathroom, making a total of 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 13 beds.
