When you set foot inside this luxury unit you will be "Awe-Struck" with the beautiful view of the Blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Sugar White Sandy Beaches in all directions. Ours is a 4 bedroom 4 bath condo with over 2,100 sq. ft. We are located on a lower floor with reserved covered parking near the main lobby.
Our condo is professionaly decorated in a Island Motif. The Living Room opens onto the large balcony with unobstructed views of the Sugar White Sandy Beach, Gulf of Mexico, and Beautifully Landscaped Pool. You will find Spectacular Sunset and Sunrise views as you can see in all directions. Watch the fishing boats going through Perdido Pass while drinking your morning coffee on the balcony. The massive balcony is furnished with a table and 6 chairs and 3 Loungers for enjoying the views while eating or relaxing. Back indoors the Living Room is equipped with a 42" High Definition LCD flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo,& IPOD Docking Station. There is a separate Wet Bar with sink and Wine Chiller. The Dining room has a large table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar with bar stools, a fully equiped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.
There is a seperate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom also has private sliding door to the large beach front balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable King size bed, 37" HD LCD flat screen TV, DVD, and VCR. There is a large walk in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and seperate glass enclosed shower.
The three additional bedrooms are furnished with King Size bed, Queen Size bed, and Twin beds. All contain Large Flat Sceen TVs, DVD, and Walk-in closets along with private bathrooms. The front 2nd Master Bedroom has a private balcony for sunset viewing.

We even furnish Beach Chairs and a Beach Umbrella for you Lazy Days on the Beach.
This low density complex features large beautifully landscaped large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, Fitness room with TV, a Sauna, and a BBQ area with grills.

The condo is beautifully decorated, and well stocked in the Kitchen (cook ware etc.) The views were incredible and the grounds were kept very well! While in Orange beach we found awesome deals at the Tanger outlet. Enjoyed "throwed rolls" at Lamberts where the Pot roast was better than momma ever made! Enjoyed a round of Mini Golf and Go-Karts at Adventure Island (very reasonably priced) Our Favorite resturant was by far Doc's Seafood shak, Honestly we've spent a great deal of time argueing about what was best there. The only complaint I have was that my vacation was only a week long. However if I had staed any longer I may never have left! I HIGHLY reccomend!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
