Your spacious condo is 1,168 sq. feet under central air conditioning with 4 ceiling fans, 2 telephones, 12' vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a study/den, living room, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining set for 4, laundry in unit, screened lanai (balcony) with table and 4 chairs overlooking beautiful palm trees with a sunset view, and a one car fully enclosed garage with a back door.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed and color TV. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The Study/Den, which is located in the center of the condo, could be used as a 3rd bedroom. It has a leather queen sleeper sofa, and a 27" color TV.
The living room has a 32" flat panel LCD color TV with a DVR plus a DVD player. Verizon FIOS cable is provided on all TV's. A portable AM/FM stereo with CD player, and many "extras" are in the condo for your comfort, use and enjoyment. A queen air mattress is available if needed.
Ceiling fans are located in den, living room, and each bedroom. Linens, towels, cookware, dinnerware, beach lounges and chairs, board games and more are included.
North Port is a growing community with easy access to shopping, entertainment, beaches, golf courses, water sports, cinemas, theaters, restaurants, sports arenas, horse and dog racing tracks, gambling casino, and more. The Publix grocery store, 24 hr CVS, Walgreen's, Super Wal-Mart, Applebee's, Sonic, Wendy's, Burger King and McDonald's are less than a 3 minute drive. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall, and many restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive from the condo.
This gated golf course community at the Colony at Sabal Trace offers the following on-site amenities exclusively to its owners and occupants: Olympic sized pool and lounge furniture (for use from dawn to dusk), clubhouse with library, a multi-purpose room with kitchen and a fitness center which has treadmills, exercise bikes, weights and large LCD flat screen TV. Complimentary WIFI signal within the pool/clubhouse area. A new pool table is located in one of the community rooms next to the pool for everyone's use and can be used from 9am-9pm daily. There are many golf courses within close proximity. Sabal Trace Golf Course is on-site; Heron Creek is 5 min, BobCat Trail and the Myakka Golf Course are less than 10 min, as well as many other great courses in the Venice area just 15 min away, and Sarasota 30 min.
