Our two floors villa is located in the southeastern side of Santorini at Perissa beach, one of the most popular and developed beach of Santorini. Kilometers of black sand known as the longest stretch of beach on the island, deep clear water and stylish settlement makes Perissa one the most attracted beach of Santorini.
On the seaside village of Santorini, right on the sunny Perissa beach, our self contained residence offers elegance and refinement adapted in the traditional Cycladic style, with a touch of modernity & style. Cote Sud was built well insulated above a restaurant which offers you, a la carte & room service, typical dishes from Santorini and international cuisine all time during the day.
Our 80 square meters villa can host 2-4 (6)guests. It affords one master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed overlooking the sea and the second one with one double bed and one bathroom with a bath tub with shower and a WC. Downstairs, one comfortable living room with fire place, en-suite private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea and the beautiful sunrise. The main entrance affords a fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities and a second bathroom with shower and WC. Cote Sud Villa whisper hospitality and homely comfort that are specially designed to fulfill your desire for absolute comfort.
Notes on accommodations: Shared swimming pool near by villa at our sister Hotel, Meltemi Village, 300 metres from villa, with snack bar, pool bar; on the main road ask for directions - and free entrance for the Water Park (300 m away) Also, a la carte restaurant room service (from restaurant below the villa), private parking are available on request at Villa Cote Sud.
Coast/Beach: dark sandy beach and pebble, popular for its sunrises. Nearest marina is in Vlichada. There are a few rare black sand beaches on Santorini; the most popular one is Red Beach, located in Akrotiri, 8 Km from our Villa.
Travel: Nearest Port 8 km, nearest airport 12 km. For exploring Santorini, we also recommend to rent a car. Fira, the capital is 12 kilometres from our villa.
Further details: Along the beach a numbers of very nice Hotels, recommended & stylish sea side restaurants, fish taverns, lounge beach bars and sea activities. ATM's and a supermarket are about 600 m away. Banks, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, handmade jewelry shops and more are mainly located in Fira, Capital of the island.
Seeing sites: The Byzantine church of Agia Irini (ST. Irene, from which the name Santorini derived) is worth visiting and the Museum of Minerals and fossils.
Hiking: A path starting from Perissa leads the ancient city of Thira to the mountain Mesa Vouno (between Kamari and Perissa). It takes around 1/2 hour and offer fantastic views of the island. Also from Fira, crossed the popular hiking path that lead to Oia after 3 ½ hours, an other beautiful village of Santorini.
The Villa is fully equipped with all amenities, air conditioning, satellite TV, and fully equipped kitchen.
The rates are quoted in euro per day, include all the taxes. Additional guest on request.

Reservation confirmation: For any booking at Villa Cote Sud, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or by telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive at least two night's deposit. Remaining balance is due upon check out.
Cancellation procedures:
- For reservations cancelled up to 21 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
- For reservations cancelled between 21 days and 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee equals to two nights charge.
- For reservations cancelled between 14 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, the cancellation fee equals to 50% charge of the whole amount.
- For reservations cancelled in less than 48 hours prior to arrival, 100% charge of the total reservation amount will apply.
- In case of no-show 100% charge of the total reservation amount will apply.
. The deposit, after being paid, is non-refundable in any case, but can be used for re-booking purposes within one year.
Rates includes: Umbrellas & comfy chairs at the front beach all time during the day, shared swimming pool at our sister hotel (300 meters from villa)and water amusement park near by villa.

Our Villa at Cote Sud was wonderful! It was right on the beach and above a great Greek restaurant that our two boys loved. The apartment is two bedroom two bath upstairs downstairs and is nicely decorated, well equipped with most modcoms (including air conditioning) and is very spacious. Because the Villa is part of the Meltemi Hotel Resort there are some additional perks that come with this rental. First and foremost are Peter and Katerina who were excellent sources of information who also helped us arrange tours, restaurant reservations and baby-sitting. As part of the deal we received a voucher for a discount at a water-park just around the corner from the Villa which we used and when we weren’t at the beach, on a tour, or exploring on our own we were at the Meltemi’s beautiful pool (also part of the package). Our kids loved the warm water and playing with the other guest’s children and we loved being able to sit by the pool in the sun sipping iced coffee – a specialty prepared by the great server at the outdoor bar. When we return to Santorini we plan to stay at the Cote Sud again and highly recommended it to families who want attractive accommodations right on the beach that provides the means to prepare food for oneself but also gives you the convenience of walking downstairs and ordering a pizza if you so choose!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
