Located in the city limits of Nashville, Tennessee so you are about 10 to 15 minutes from Vandy, Belmont Universities, LP Field, Opry, Sommet Center and all the fun night life. Many of the other "Nashville vacation homes" are 30 minutes or more outside of Nashville, not this home it is right in Nashville. This home offers more shopping, dining & recreation than you can imagine. By far the best place to stay while visiting Nashville! This home was NEWLY FURNISHED in June, 2009!!
The home is located in Davidson County, the county seat of TN. This is a great city to visit with many fun thing for children & adults to do. This home is so convenient to the major roadways it is only 5 minutes from I65 and I24!! Also within a 10 minute drive from Downtown Nashville and Nashville International Airport.
You will love the main family room with view of the Downtown Nashville and large TV with over 200 channels! It features a sofa and two chairs. Many can hang out together in this open family room & kitchen because the kitchen area seats four at the table in the bay window & bar area seats three more.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms that you will love to sleep in. Each room has plantation shutters or blinds so you can keep it as bright or dark as you would like. They are designed to make you feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort! Each room is named after my favorite country artisit:

Faith's Room: features a queen size bed, dresser, walk-in closet.
Alan's Room: Is a huge room that features (2) twin beds, a sleeping futon bed, a new 32" wall mounted flat screen TV, a large warddrobe & 2 closets.
The second bath is conveniently located just steps away from the bedrooms.
DOWNSTAIRS SEPERATE SUITE: If you have more than 10 in your party or just want more room, for an additional $100nt. you will enjoy this area that sleeps 6 more people! This suite includes 2 sleeper sofas, 42" plasma TV, 2 twins in another bedroom, jacuzzi bath and full kitchen.
The back yard is completely private and fenced.
If cultural attractions are your thing, consider these opportunities, all within minutes of the home: the First Center of the Visual Arts, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the brand new Symphony Hall, Ryman Auditorium, our replica of the Parthenon and Athena, and the Musica statue on the Roundabout, Vanderbilt & Belmont Universities, Opryland Hotel & all the fun HONKY TONK NIGHTCLUBS!

Why the Owner Chose Nashville
I had this home built as my personal resident. Therefore it has all the bells & whistles you want in a custom home. It has custom woodwork, intercom system, music in each room, screened in porch and extra sq.footage added to each room enlarging the builder's plans. The home is only 9 years old but the furnishings are new, purchased June 2009.

I love the "roomyness" of this home. I love that is very bright. And I LOVE THE SUNSET VIEWS OF THE BEAUTIFUL TENNESSEE HILLS AND DOWNTOWN! And the location is very convenient. Grocery & restaurants within one mile and just about everything else that a tourist would want to see within 10 miles!
