The photos don't do this "slice of Heaven" justice. The owners spared no expense in the design and construction of this great get away. The beautiful cedar craftsmanship inside is truly impressive! Beds were very comfortable; rooms were beautiful; totally clean and modern; the kitchen has anything you could need, including spices! The location is perfect. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets and not a drop of rain for the 3 days we were there (unheard of!). Great beach combing and hiking and we hardly saw a soul! Campfires till midnight! Just a short drive to the rainforest for yet another adventure. We found the rest, refreshment, and renewal we needed so badly. Thank you to the owners for this gem! This place is "secluded". It was great to get away from phones, computers, neighbors, and barking dogs! Unfortunately, another (beautiful) cabin is being built right next door which will make it not quite so secluded. It was so nice to truly be alone together. When you come, leave your worries behind. Bring food, slippers (hardwood and tile floors), a loved one, and an open heart. Let nature do the rest. We'll be back!

Truly amazing cabin. We spent 2 nights here for some early spring razor clam digging. We aren't big fans of fancy cabins and much prefer cozy settings with our friends and a dog. This cabin was perfect for that. Cabin looks small from the outside but it opens up. The loft is an amazing area to hang out - it opens up to the floor below and has a great ocean view. Even on a rainy sunday morning, there's plenty of light into the cabin. Fire pit outside the cabin was awesome! Great woodwork! Cabin has games and a collection of cassettes that bring back good memories! Good supplies of kitchen utensils. A few recommendations - stock up. There aren't a lot of grocery stores nearby that we could find. We failed miserably at clam digging and had no backup plans. :) Bring filtered water if you are not comfortable with well water.
