Located in the trendy Fells Point historical district, our houseboat provides a central base for your Baltimore adventure. With numerous restaurants, hot spots, and boutiques, you are sure to find something to do all day.
If you desire a trip to the Inner Harbor you can explore the city along the waterfront with the Inner Harbor water ferry. Buy a ticket in the morning and ride all day. Provides easy access to the Inner Harbor attractions such as Camden Yards, the Aquarium, the Convention center, and Downtown Baltimore.
The houseboat's eleven foot ceilings with exposed beams, ceiling fans and air conditioning, provide a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. A full size refrigerator, sink, microwave and cook-top makes cooking easy.
The houseboat has a comfortably sized bathroom with a full size shower. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet storage and a patio door leading to a private deck. Two twin beds in the sleeping loft are a great spot for kids, and the sleep sofa and aero bed provide additional sleeping options.
The well appointed houseboat provides a calming respite after a day full of activity. Imagine relaxing on the roof deck, drink in hand, enjoying your own private sunset!

The Experience:
What's it like staying on a houseboat? The boat is in a protected part of the marina, but there is some occasional movement during the day when boats pass by. It is usually very calm during the night, although some guests find a bit of gentle swaying is relaxing and can lead to a very restful sleep.

Why the Owner Chose Baltimore
I grew tired of boring hotel rooms while traveling, and realized that the funkiest parts of town were often right at the waterfront. I combined my love for houseboating with my desire to offer a fun alternative to hotel stays.
The Unique Benefits at this Houseboat
Everything you will need for your stay is provided. All towels, linens, blankets, etc... are all waiting for your arrival. The kitchen comes complete with all the pots and pans, plates and cutlery you will need, while a Keurig coffee maker make that morning cup of coffee while you look out over the harbour that much more enjoyable.
Our location is walking distance to Fells Point and the water taxi pickup. You can be at the Inner Harbour in minutes.

For about 10 years I lived aboard a restored houseboat in Boston Harbor. I really fell in love with the lifestyle. Having a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning, grilling up some steaks on the roofdeck in the evening, and being rocked to sleep by the waves at night was a great way to live!
I started with one boat in Boston, and each year have been adding boats to the fleet. This is our first year outside of Boston, and we are starting here in Baltimore.
