The area surrounding Castle Valley is an outdoor paradise with several great hiking and biking trails. The house is a five minute drive from the Colorado River, which borders Arches National Park and offers a variety of recreational opportunities including rafting, kayaking and swimming. Horseback riding, wine tasting and two excellent riverside restaurants are found nearby. Scenic route 128, which follows the Colorado River through a gorgeous, steep walled canyon, provides easy access to Moab (25 min.) and the three National Parks in the area.
