We had a nice time staying at this apartment. Communications with the hosts was excellent and the location was convenient, across from CSU and near the theater district. I would be glad to return in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The loft is close to everything you could want to do in downtown Cleveland. We visited the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum and enjoyed shopping and sightseeing. It was nice to have a short drive back to the loft.The space was clean and well kept with a great view. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Cleveland!

My family stayed here on the weekend of the total solar eclipse. The property was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts provided us with solar eclipse glasses, which was unexpected but so thoughtful! The property was conveniently located so it was easy to get downtown. Overall, it was the perfect set up for our family trip.

This was a wonderful place to stay for doing all sorts of things in Cleveland! Access was easy via an app and directions provided were stellar. The apartment itself was modern and minimalist with comfortable furniture and all the basics provided. We took advantage of the bus line in front of the building to go into downtown Cleveland a couple of times, and were also grateful for reserved indoor parking when we ventured further. (just a note: a compact car is recommended as the turns coming in and out are very tight!!)

What a uniquely awesome property! Location is convenient to downtown and all the fun, but quiet- even with the passing trains. The property is huge, but so cozy feeling. The charm of the original building has been maintained, although very well updated and decorated. The first floor game room has something for everyone. Looking at the front of the building, you would not expect it to have an awesome backyard, but it does! The beds and furniture were comfortable, with plenty of places to sit on each floor. The kitchen was very well equipped. This would be a fantastic spot for a gathering. Tony was a gracious host. Extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again! Side note- should you stay here, go to Yonder Brunch and Vibes for breakfast/brunch. It is a quick 0.3 mile walk and the food is excellent.

This property was perfect location for Cleveland State and the Theatre District or other downtown Cleveland activities I felt the building was secure. There was a little market steps from the entrance which was nice. The apartment had the basics which was perfect. I will be staying here again.
