PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Casa Agnese is a 70’s villa strategically built on the coastal road between Lido di Fondi and Sperlonga, the two famous beach resorts of Latium region. The beautiful Gulf of Terracina, stretching for 15 km between the promontories of Gaeta and Circeo, embraces many archaeological treasures such as the Temple of Giove Axur, the Roman Forum of Terracina, the imperial villas and buildings of the Roman emperors. In the surroundings, tourists can also visit small medieval towns and gothic – cistercian abbeys. There are protected WWF areas like the Circeo park too. Rome and Naples are about 100 km away, easily reached by car or by train. Casa Agnese is an elegant, airy and bright villa with a garden facing the sea. Just 50 m from the house there is a small side gate which leads to the beach. The furnishings are very well kept and the white – ecru wallpaper gives relief to the nature colours of the garden. The two storey house is surrounded by a garden and has a private swimming pool. A very comfortable house gives guests the possibility of living freely in an enchanting place.

Interior
The main entrance leads to the two wings of the house. On the left there are one double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. On the right there is the living area with French windows opening directly onto the garden overlooking the sea, composed by three ample living rooms, a studio, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the ground floor. A staircase in the living room leads up to the first floor which is composed of: two doubles bedrooms (one of which with large terrace), two twin bedrooms (one of which has two queen sized beds) and two bathrooms with shower.

Park
The park is about 3000 m² with palms, citruses, pines and lawn. A pergolato outside the kitchen is furnished with table and chairs for fantastic outdoor meals.

Swimming Pool
The pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, is irregularly shaped and measures 15 x 8 m with a maximum depth of 3 m. Sun beds and sun umbrellas are available for the guests.

  • The villa has direct access to the beach of Terracina. Terracina is surrounded by several interesting targets for excursions: as Montecassino, The national park of Circeo, The Pontine Island ( with daily connections), Sperlonga as well as Fossanova Abbey and the numerous country villages in land. Terracina is to be found in a beautiful and charming inlet between the promontory of Circeo and the Point of Gaeta. Come along the old Appian way it is 102 kms from Rome and 130 kms from Naples. In this part of Lazio you can enjoy the 15kms of coastline with golden sands, blue sea and entertainment as well as the Mediterranean vegetation in the hills beyond and the numerous country villages in the land.
