The Hale Hokulani (House of the Heavenly Star) is so versatile -- perfect for romantic couples and small families, or even an extended family or large group. Like its beautiful sister, The Makai Lanai located nearby, its ideal location gives you all the same advantages. Total privacy (on 6 acres), spectacular panoramic ocean vistas, ideal location for conveniently exploring both sides of the Island in easy one day drives, and an ideal central location to access some of the Island's most beautiful secluded beaches (1 white, 1 black, and 1 green sand along the coastline which is the absolute last undeveloped virgin coast just below the houses!).Beside the fantastic coast line views, we have an incredible view of the cliffs of South Point and are the nearest home to this most southern point in the whole USA. [Key West Is most Southern Continental Point on the mainland of the USA] We are hundreds of miles south of that and closer to the equator!!! "Just check your globe."
Although the home is secluded, we are just 5 minutes from the quaint town of Ocean View with all it's amenities (i.e. restaurants, gas, shopping, groceries, etc.} Our area also boasts 2 of the most affordable 18 hole golf courses in all the Islands (Sea Mountain at Punaluu and Discovery Harbor in Naalehu).
Our custom features include: tiled steam room (6-8 people), covered courtyard, custom oak cabinets, Berber carpeting/ceramic tile flooring, Shoji Japanese doors, king-size master bed, queen bed 2nd and 3rd bedroom, Futon 4th, glass block accented master bathroom, open and spacious cedar/mahogany interior, and a 2 level 360 degree covered lanai for fantastic views in all directions.
Upon your arrival you can elect to meet our caretakers at their store in Ocean View, and they can show you how to go the home.
