Salt House:

Welcome to OBA/Gulf Shores newest beach house community!! Location is amazing! Single-family home with all of the amenities!

Located 2 blocks off Perdido Beach Blvd. The Ocean and beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a few blocks away! Ten to 12 minute walk to Romar’s Public Beach access or a 1-2 minute car ride!!! Seven minutes to the famous Hang Out and Pink Pony Bar & Grill.

Luxury, brand new smart home with 4 full Bedrooms (3 King beds and 2 Queen beds) each with their own private, full bathroom! Beautiful views of the fishing pond just steps outside the front door!

Zero entry, community pool is just steps away! Enjoy a small putting green and covered gathering area with tables and chairs! Pool is heated in the cooler months!

Rent some bikes and ride to the Gulf Shores Nature Preserve, just around the corner! Stop and enjoy lunch or dinner at the Woodside Grill & Restaurant, then enjoy the bike ride back.

Location is great! Walk to the famous Doc’s Seafood, Ruby Slipper, Wolf Bay or Live Bait restaurant and bar! Also within walking distance (2 minutes!) is the Beachside Mini golf - great for a night of family fun!

The house sleeps up to a total of 12 guests! Max adults is 10, and max number of kids is 6. 12 GUESTS MAXIMUM. Please keep this in mind when booking. Reservation fee includes up to 10 guests, additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
Minimum required stay is 4 nights.
There are three (3) designated parking spaces directly in front of the house! Additional guest parking is directly across the street (10-15 steps).

There are 5 smart TV’s in the house: one in each bedroom and a big 70” in the family room!

Welcome to Summer Salt, Truland Homes' newest upscale coastal community in Orange Beach, AL. Drive into the lake and nature filled neighborhood and immediately feel your blood pressure drop. Beauty in abundance! Enjoy the zero entry resort style pool and entertaining cabana on site or take a 1/4 mile stroll to beach access. Relax by the community fire pit, try your skills on the putting green, or just sit back and enjoy the bird fest flyovers. Lots of local restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.

Wonderful home!
This house was perfect for us! We had 3 families in the home and 2 under 2, we never felt crowded at all. Everyone had their own space. The pool is amazing and the beach is within walking distance. Very close to lots of restaurants as well. Meg was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to any question. We will be booking again!

Best House in This Area
This is our favorite house we have ever stayed at a beach rental. We believe that says quite a bit given 30 plus years of conventions on the gulf coast. Perfect location, clean, open concept with high ceilings. Kitchen was a three chef kitchen which works with a family of cooks. We entertained two nights and had plenty of room for everyone. The notes the owner leaves are just perfect. Use the spices, leave some spices. So we did. There are more spices now for the next crew! There are lots of smart features in the home. Alexa is always entertaining. Pantry is in a perfect location. The laundry room is wonderful and quiet. The floor is gorgeous. All the floors are gorgeous. I always say you don’t know a house until you clean it. I swept the floors, cleaned the kitchen often and it was a pleasure in this home. The front and back porches are such nice spaces for morning coffee. And the early risers. And entertaining in the evening. The wildlife, nature, and the whole area is just dreamy. Pool is a short walk. Location is just super. There are loads of games for the kids. We are active folks and I do not think we turned a tv on. However there are 5 TVs in the house. I always go on vacation and say I could just move here. Mostly because it’s the beach! This house has me thinking I could live right here. I would absolutely stay here again. And recommend to all my friends heading to Orange Beach. Nearly perfect - chef’s kiss!!

Family Vacation
Perfect house for our family. There was 3 generation staying here, yet we never felt crowded. Perfect location. We spent the day at the beach and sight seeing. In the evening the kids played in the community pool. The Beach and Restaurants were close by. Grocery store was a 5 minute car ride. Communication with the owner was super easy.

This place was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice and had all the things we needed. Great pool area, lots of room for the family and places with in walking range. Meg and Terry were great to work with and answered very quickly. We definitely stay here in the future.

Super Cute!!!
We stayed at Meg and Terry’s beach home over Spring Break. This was our first trip to Orange Beach. The home was super cute, comfortable, open concept, beautifully decorated and felt like home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. Meg was very easy to work with and accommodating. We would definitely return for another visit!
