  My wife and I needed a place to stay in Athens to attend to family matters. The condo was perfect, clean, convenient, well furnished.The owners were great, very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  Honestly, I’ve stayed all over Athens over the years,from the never renovated bulldog inn to the newly renovated Holiday Inn. I would pick your condo every time over all of the other options. Gamedaysuites in my opinion is great, but way over priced. So this was perfect for us and another couple. I will certainly keep your information andwill be in touch again. The property was furnished very nicely. Thefirst thing I look for in a rental is “having the same convienencesas being at my house” Meaning comfortable furniture, bedding,adequate space and quality appliances and electronics. All of which weregreat at your place. I’ve spoke highly of your place to severalother friends and family. I will definitely be back again! Regards, Brian

  The condo was my home away from home for a week long conference this summer in Athens. It was a great place to get away from the long days of meetings and then relax. The kitchen was perfect for eating in a couple nights, the setting was peaceful, the condo exceptionally well maintained. This is a great alternative to a motel room. My spouse joined me at the end of the week and we were able to join friends for weekend happenings in Athens. I didn't have time to use the pool, but it is in a great location with plenty of decking. Charlie and Trisha are great to work with in reserving the condo, offer plenty of information, and eager for guests to have a perfect stay. I will stay here again for next year's Athens conference.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  We've stayed here on several occasions for football games in Athens. The condo is more than comfortably furnished and extremely clean. From this particular condo, you look out onto woods, but can see the top of the stadium from the balcony...we could hear the bugler warming up before the game the times we stayed here! Getting to campus, the stadium and downtown were all easy walks from the condo complex, which was a bonus. The owners have always been easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay the weekend in Athens!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
