This location is unbeatable. Our townhome is less than a 15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). The Brothers Bastone have gone out of their way to share their Athens experience with you, and you'll love the décor and atmosphere. Come share our space!

UGA Graduation Trip

This property was just perfect for a quick trip to Athens to get our youngest daughter Graduated! The beds were so cozy and everything we needed was provided. The communication with the owner was great. The location could not be beat. It was a convenient uber ride to everywhere!

Great Location for a "Stay-cation"!

Very nice, quiet, and private location. The townhouse is beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are very nice sizes as well as the bathrooms. The property manager was great with communication and responses. Overall A great experience for my birthday and I would definitely rent again in the future!

Great Property and Location

My wife and I were in town four daughter-in-law’s baby shower. The area within walking distance was great for dining. Just over a mile away we’re some excellent running trails. It was a perfect match for us.

Brief Atlanta Stay

We were only in Atlanta two nights, visiting with old friends. The location is prime - right across from Piedmont Park. We took advantage of the location for walks through the park and easy access to interstates and roads to midtown, Perimeter, Buckhead and Emory. The host was very responsive to our questions.

UGA stay

We were there less than 24 hours on a college tour road trip, but we appreciated the proximity to UGA and the ease of getting around the area. There was plenty of room for the four of us and had everything we needed. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed all of the Georgia memorabilia, even though I bleed Purple and Gold! Geaux Tigers!

We have stayed here before and it’s a great property. It is close to where our daughter lives and she can come over and stay the night. Everything is always clean and the owner is easy to work with. Just remember it is in the college area of a college town and you can still hear people outside coming and going until very late so if you are looking for a quiet place then this isn’t the place. We have stayed in other college towns and it is very similar in those areas as far as noise. Nothing out of the ordinary or disrespectful or anything but if you want silence you won’t find that here. Again fantastic place

Quiet spot close to anywhere in Athens

It is a clean and comfortable townhome with necessary amenities, comfortable bed, and good water pressure, but I might suggest an upgrade to the pillows. Quiet, dug-in neighborhood location (we weren't there on a game day) probably 15-20 minute walk to intersection of Baxter and Lumpkin. Added plus is garage parking. There are some signs of heavy rental use inside with a broken cabinet door and towel rack, but this was not an inconvenience. The whole location was perfectly clean and decorated in fun tasteful Dawg fashion. When visiting again we will check here first for availability.

Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, our townhome is convenient to downtown, the Athens Conference Center and the UGA campus. The townhouse is situated between some of Athens most recognizable streets (Broad, Lumpkin, Baxter, and Milledge). You simply won't find a better location with comparable amenities and a quiet atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

A perfectly convenient location for university events. Just close enough to walk, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Your car will be secure in the garage, and you'll remain extremely comfortable in our condo.
