  Very nice updates to the condo, nice furniture throughout, and kitchen was nicely remodeled and fully loaded. The condo was the right size however the bathrooms were on the small side. I did not realize that the beach faced slightly south so the sunsets appeared to be to the north and not directly out in front of the condo. I would definitely visit Ft. Myers Beach again and stay in this condo.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The complex and beach area was clean, quiet, and peaceful. The grill area was fantastic for making lunch, dinner, and watching the sunset. I look forward to returning in the future.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  This Place was as advertised. Beautiful view, clean and beautifully decorated inside . The beds were very comfortable. We met many great people from all over the U.S. & Canada. It was our Honeymoon so the memories will never be forgotten. We plan on coming back for our anniversaries and hope to stay in same condo. Thanks Steve Most.

  We had a great time and for the most part everything was great. The only thing was the sinks in the bathrooms and the lack of cupboard space. Anyone with small children would have trouble reaching them. The kitchen is very nice but could use add'l cupboards and counter top. We had to move some of the games etc. to be able to put our cans, cereal, etc away. The staff was very helpful. The elevator was very slow and could use some updating, so we used the stairs most of the time.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. It was clean and in good repair. It has a wonderful view of the Gulf and beach. If we go back to the area, we will definitely try to stay there again. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

  The condo was very clean and had all of the amenities included that we needed plus more. It has a great view of the beach, ocean and sunsets from the lanai, which was a wonderful place to sit and drink coffee (and watch for dolphins) as the sun was rising or eat popcorn while the sun was setting (better than a movie) or just sit and relax any time during the day. Taking walks on the beach was just a few steps away and the location relative to restaurants and grocery stores was great. It was very easy to relax and enjoy the warm weather and I would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking to escape the cold.

  The location was the best and the beach was better than Sanibel Island and Marco Island. The view from our condo was beautiful, however, the condo needs a little updating. The kitchen and bathrooms have been remodeled and the lanai was perfect. The bed linens need to be replaced and housekeeping needs to held accountable for washing the tile floors. All in all, it was a great two weeks.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Steve, thank you for sharing your great Ft. Myers Beach condo with us. Everything was just as you described in your VRBO listing. The bed was soooooo comfortable,would you mind sharing with us the kind of mattress, you mentioned Temper-Pedic type. The lanai was perfect, loved the shades that could be pulled down to keep out the afternoon sun. The lanai furniture was very nice, must be new. We used the trolley a couple of times, very convenient. We ate in most of the time, the kitchen has everything needed to cook. We had a wonderful dinner at the Bayfront Bistro to celebrate our 51st anniversary. We will definately recommend your condo to family & friends and hope to return again.
