  • We just returned from a most enjoyable long weekend! The home is in a wonderful location, just perfect for great walks! While the neighborhood is residential,you are minutes away from shops,restaurants and an interesting museum. Inside,you will feel most comfortable with cozy places to sit and visit or other inviting spots to catch up on your reading. Plenty of room for our party of 9 adults both young and not-as-young! This lovely home has kept the wonderful details of its past while paying attention to modern amenities! The owner was most helpful and patient with answering my questions and with every step in the rental process! We hope to be fortunate enough to return to Forsyth Park House! Thank you.

  • We could not have picked more fabulous place for our Thanksgiving family reunion! With 19 of us in all, we enjoyed every square inch of the Forsyth Park House. The weather was gorgeous and we walked all over Savannah. The kids play in the park every day. In addition to using every available sleeping spot, having 3 kitchens on Thanksgiving Day was great.   • This is a fantastic HOUSE. There are too many good things to mention. It is extremely clean and very well maintained. It is comfortable for an extended family of 8 with ample privacy for all. During the evenings the deck and screen porch provided us with lots of space for catching up and playing cards etc. Please take care of this house as we plan to visit again.

  • My family recently stayed at Forsyth Park House and just LOVED it! We had ten people staying with us (mostly adults) and we never felt crowded or "on top" of each other. The house had all of the amenities that we could think of. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed in terms of appliances, utensils, plates, etc. We never felt like we were in a rental unit, rather someone's home. Our family will definitely return to Savannah and one of Luxury Living Houses!

  • The house is great. It’s big and very clean. It has a great layout for multiple families. You can hang out on the deck, living room, second living room, sun porch, wherever. Incase you need to “check-in” to work, the wi-fi is a huge plus. The best part is it backs up on the woods so you feel like you don’t have any neighbors. It’s nice and quiet but within walking distance to a pool We will definitely rent there again.
