Perfect for families or couples. There is nothing better than listening to your favorite CD and sipping fine wine in front of a crackling fire after a day on the ski slopes.
Located on the third (top) floor - Sun Creek Condominiums include an enclosed hot tub, outdoor grill (charcoal), free bus to ski resorts (all three, Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and the Canyons) Main Street and Kimball Junction (shopping/dining)are also on the free bus line. Our guests are welcome to use the storage closet in the basement for their ski/snowboarding equipment. Garage parking and parking lot included.
This condominium was recently renovated and enjoys hardwood floors throughout and travertine tile in all the bathrooms. New shower curtains, dishwasher, microwave, and bedding. The loft gives this condominium vaulted ceilings with a sky light for an open but cozy feeling.
This property has a mountain view from all bedrooms and from the balcony you see Park City Mountain Resort. Cross country skiers, this is a ski in and ski out property. High speed wireless internet connection included, should you wish to stay in touch. No smoking please. Smoking permitted on balcony and outside.

Thanks David! Skiing was great the last couple days, especially on Monday after it snowed all day/night on Sunday. Weather's been great here, especially for us Floridians. Thanks for everything. WinnieRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Dear David, Both families really enjoying staying in your condo. We liked the link door between them which we could con-fraternize a lot. First of all, make sure to read the fine print in this ad. Ski in Ski out, yes, for x country skiers only. Mountain view? Yes - actually a view of a hillside - through back bedroom windows only. View from public rooms of unit are of the inside of the complex only. Renovation is a work in progress. Bathroom for loft was extremely cramped. No shower in the lower level master bathroom only a tub. The complex as a whole was pretty tired. The hot tub didn't work the whole time we were there, despite signs saying it would be fixed "tomorrow". The kitchen was REALLY cramped and in need of serious updating. Offsetting all of this is the fact that the owner is easy to work with, the two units can easily be connected for larger parties and the location is decent for either a bus ride to the mountain (although buses only come every half hour) or for a quick drive to the base.Did you find this review helpful?
