Just a slice of the panaramic balcony view of the golf courses! - Seabrook Island, SC Condo Rental at Atrium Villas Seabrook Island is a 2200 acre gated resort/country club community located just 30 minutes from historic Charleston. Its miles of pristine beaches, Spanish moss-draped live oaks, and abundant wildlife make it the perfect get-away. There is something for everyone at Seabrook; beaches, 2 championship golf courses (designed by Robert Trent Jones and Willard Bird), 15 tennis courts (among Tennis magazine’s "Top 50 U.S. Resorts"), crabbing, horseback riding, biking, etc. Imagine horse back riding and/or biking on the miles of wide, unspoiled beaches. The 2-story Atrium Villas are conveniently located in the heart of Seabrook, right next to the Golf Pro Shop and just across the street from most other amenities (beach, pools, fitness/recreation center, playground, and the Beach Club restaurants). Our newly renovated 2nd level unit (#2908) has vaulted ceilings and a large private balcony with panoramic views of the 2 championship golf courses. The tennis courts are only minutes away and the Bohicket Marina is right outside the entrance gate to Seabrook. You can arrange fishing trips (deep sea and river), boat tours, and guided kayak marsh tours. There is also dining and shopping at the marina. For golf enthusiasts, additional courses are available just minutes away at nearby Kiawah. Seabrook is ideal for family vacations! In addition to swimming at the pool, enjoying the beach, or riding bikes, kids can enjoy hours of fun at the recreation pavilion and playground. During the Summer, there are special programs for both kids and teens. Fully supervised programs for kids include "Koastal Kids", with daily themes like Beach Daze, Wet and Wild, and Koastal Kids Olympics, and "Island Explorers", with activities like crabbing, beach walks, fishing, clamming, and bike excursions. Teen programs include a weekly Pool Jam, Arcade Happy Hour, and sports challenges. Accommodations: Our Condo has 2 spacious bedrooms (each with 2 Queen Beds), 2 large bathrooms with separate vanity areas, a pull-out sofa in the Den, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The large, private balcony is accessible via sliding glass doors from both bedrooms as well as from the Den. Enjoy relaxing sunrises, sunsets, and the beautiful golf course views from our balcony.
