This beautiful 4 level townhouse which sleeps 10-12 is on Camelback mountain located in the Village Of Camelback next to the Camelbeah Water Park. We just renovated the house and updated all the rooms. New paint, floors, appliances and TVs. Park at the front door and find all the comforts of home. It is a private gated community which offers great amminities such as an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, indoor basketball and tennis & golf. It is a non-smoking unit and no pets of any kind are allowed. Enjoy 4 floors of luxurious living in this spacious townhouse. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with a wood burning stove and ceiling fan. Sliding glass door lead you out to a deck overlooking the mountian with a table, chairs and BBQ.
The house features 4 bedroom and 2 and 1/2 baths. The first bedroom is in the loft and it has a queen sized bed and a private bath, the second bedroom has a full bed, the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds (each bed has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top), and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with its own private den with a futon and a TV. Comforters are provided.
There are 5 televisions 3 are flat screens in all and video and board games are included for your enjoyment. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked to cook if you don't want to eat out. You supply your own paper products and consumables. If you want a change, you can wander down the mountain and shop in the Crossings Outlet Center, check out movies or specialty shops or the fine restaurants nearby. Mount Airy lodge is only minutes away (Gambling and Resturants). 51 Inch Flat Screen TV in Living room

Bob and Tracey we honestly can't thank you enough. On short notice you worked with us and your generosity is truly appreciated. Your home in Camelback Village is beautiful, cozy and its location to the slopes was great for the kids to come and go as they please. We saved a small fortune on their lunches, dinners and snacks. Your place is appointed with everything we could've possibly needed and more. We even took a day off skiing when the slopes were crowded and played a parents vs kids basketball game. Thank you for helping us make some great memories with our families and friends.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+.

We are more than elated to to express ourseleves regarding the stay at this lovely location.. the description and pictures were indeed accurate, only the home is even more desireable in person.. cleanliness, and endless amenities in the area. Our family enjoyed the Camelback Rollercoaster, and the Ziplining as well. The owners are very accomodating, and available anytime to answer our questions or concerns. They even gave us ideas on dining and shopping in the area ! it was an awesome stay we had for 3 nights, very nice home and great owner to deal with. close to ski slopes, close to camelback water park, we had fun playing in tennis courts and swimming pool, will stay there again whenever we go to Poconos and the house is available.
