Welcome to the Double Down Desert House.

Our unique and beautiful home has 2400 square feet of open and social living space-loaded with character and warmth. We are tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in a classic Las Vegas neighborhood just 3 miles immediately west of the central Strip...literally 5-10 minutes away.

Grocery markets, shopping, and great recommended restaurants are even closer and actually within walking distance. If you are looking for a "hassle free" location, peace and quiet, sparkling clean comfort and convenience, our home is an idyllic choice.

The décor in the home is East Indian and Moroccan with dark "sheesham" wood import furnishing along with Moroccan lighting in the entry way and in the formal dining room. A Handmade Indian dining table and chairs compliment the dining room and Birch hardwood floors run throughout the main floor, family room and fourth bedroom downstairs.

All three bathroom showers have been completely remodeled with either tumbled stone or newly tiled walls.

Our home is not your standard ordinary cookie cutter tract home, it is unique, comfortable, and tastefully decorated and appointed. We are confident you will not find another home like ours in Las Vegas for the price.

From the beginning of the stairs leading up, thick shag carpet covers the floors in all the bedrooms. All three bedrooms upstairs have brand new pillow-top queen-size beds with more than ample closet space to tuck away cases and clothing.

The master bedroom comes with a beautiful Indian armoire and television on top, a desk for reading or working, as well as it's own separate bath and vanity area with a newly tiled walk-in shower. The added bonus of the master bedroom are the double atrium doors leading out to the oversize awning covered deck. You even have a partial view of the Strip from here.

The front courtyard is a perfect setting for relaxing and having coffee in the morning and in spring time it's loaded with flowers and vines.

We are not an rental agency, this is our personal home and we're very proud of it. We like the area so much we actually live right around the corner!
