Newly remodeled, fully-furnished kitchen with breakfast bar (seats 3) - Oceanside Village, Myrtle Beach House This beach house is located inside the beautiful Oceanside Village (OSV) Resort in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Just minutes south of the crowded beaches and streets of Myrtle Beach. A five-minute drive to Murrells Inlet, fishing capital of South Carolina with waterfront dining, marsh walk, and entertainment. The Village consists of 180 acres complete with two swimming pools - one indoor heated and one outdoor pool - both have kiddie pools!, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, soccer goal, softball field, fenced playground area, bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and four fishing lakes. The beautiful beach is accessible through a private entrance that has parking for both golf carts and autos. Golf carts are available for rental from the Property Management Office for a very reasonable fee. Beach access comes complete with private restrooms and outside showers. OSV Resort is a private, gated community with 24-hour security. Quiet, family atmosphere with friendly neighbors. This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully-furnished, beach house. House is just a three-minute walk to outdoor pool and three-minute drive to private beach access. Home is just a two-minute drive to gasoline, groceries, fast food, mini-golf, flea market, and Water World. This is a non-smoking and pet-free home. Home has covered parking, deck with outside eating area, and a charcoal grill. Kitchen is newly remodeled with all new appliances including microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Kitchen includes breakfast bar that seats three. Separate dining room seats six. House has three cable TVs; one with VCR and DVD player. Sleeps seven comfortably! Master bedroom has own outside entrance, with one queen-size bed and one extra-large twin and separate bath with shower stall. Second bedroom has two twin beds with laundry room in walk-in closet and uses hall bath with tub/shower. Please bring your own bath and beach towels, and paper goods. So cast your worries aside and enjoy a week at the beach in your home-away-from-home!
