The Bethel Street house is in the center of historic Fell's Point. This 200 plus year old house has been completely modernized over the past year and yet has retained its historic charm. It is freshly painted with crown mouldings and hardwood floors throughout.
The kitchen is brand new, complete with granite countertop, custom backsplash, stainless steel appliances, custom lighting, and natural slate floors.
The third floor bedroom is a small loft hideaway with a queen-size folding bed. The master has a king-size bed and the original 200 plus year old hardwood floors. There is also a queen-size futon in the living area.
The bathroom has been completely redone as well, with all new fixtures, a spa showerhead, and a washer and dryer.
The patio area has the feeling of an old English garden with a variety of ivy plants climbing up the back brick walls, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and a tranquil fountain.
Fell's Point is registered on the National Register of Historic Places. It abounds with excitement and is drenched in history. There are restaurants, pubs, art galleries and things to do on every block. It is also a short walk to the Inner Harbor attractions such as the Hard Rock Café, ESPN zone, and National Aquarium, as well as the famous Little Italy. The Orioles and Ravens stadiums are just a five minute drive. Water taxis pick up from the city pier on the water, which is only a block away. |
