  • January Escape

"Enjoyed our stay in this 19th floor oceanfront condo overlooking a white sand beach, viewing lovely sunsets, and listening to the waves. The Royal Seafarer is well a well maintained and newly renovated building. We enjoyed and made use of the pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom are tastefully done and the large walk-in shower is a positive addition. Wi-Fi and other upgrades are also available in this unit. It was a pleasure working with the owners who are both professional and conscientious, and concerned with your overall satisfaction. We are returning next January."

  • Wonderful Break!

"We had an awesome relaxing time on the beach. The condo was very nice and very well equipped for our family of four. The breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking the Gulf and the sunsets was beyond our expectations. Relaxing with coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. So peaceful. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and challenged ourselves to make it all the way to Cape Marco one day. The area restaurants are great - from CJ's on the Bay, Joey's for pizza, Sunset Grille for what else a great sunset. Don't miss Thursday nights in downtown Naples for music on the streets (so nice). Special treat - just as the sunset, someone from a few properties down would blow "taps" on his bugle every night and follow up with "Amazing Graze". Everyone on the beach would applaud at the end. We will be back and longer! Thank you Kim for providing such a wonderful place and a relaxing time."

  • Great Escape- 100% relaxing

"This house is perfect for busy people who wish to SLOW down and take in all that Marco Island has to offer without having to deal with the crowds and the hotel experience. I have travelled to Marco for over 20 years and this was my first time renting a private home on the island. Most times were hotel, condos or with family. Our family of four (consisting of Mom, Dad and teen boys) needed a place that we would have plenty to do or nothing at all. This house meets all of those needs. The floor plan is ideal for privacy- Master on one side with private bath- then two well appointed rooms on the other side of the house with a shared bathroom. We could spread out with the pool area, read on the dock and sunbath- swim and just "chill". We also had access to great ride bikes in the garage to take a spin around the neighborhood and the boys lived for the ping pong table. The kitchen was perfect for the week and we were shocked at the amount of dishes, cutlery and serving dishes--fully stocked. The view out back is great- We ate every meal poolside overlooking the water. It was fun to fish in the evening or play a few games. The beach was a quick trip and accessible. Also close by were food stores, Walgreens and a great selection of restaurants and other amenities. When we wanted the really active scene we cruised over to the Marriott for the Tiki Bar and live music and the boys took in the beach -- great to retreat again and spread out back at our own place. Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The wi-fi worked great and everyone was thrilled with that; and my husband was able to work on his lap top (when he wanted to ) all while sitting poolside and watching his football games. The sliding glass doors disappear into the wall in both rooms which opens up the inside to the outside - all while screened in- this is truly the perfect island house. It's quiet and peaceful which makes sleeping great! We were able to open the windows and enjoyed the rustle of the palm trees. The best part of the entire trip was the ability for our family to slow down, come together, relax and reconnect. I can't wait to come back again."

  • Wonderful vacation home!

"The choice to rent a home for vacation as opposed to a hotel was the best decision I ever made. The home was lovely with everything you could possibly need provided for you. A well stocked kitchen, a wonderful pool with floats and pool toys. Rolling coolers, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys located in the garage. The location is very close to two beautiful beaches, South Marco and Tigertail. There were 4 people in our party and there was plenty to please each of us. Two in the party wanted a more laid back vacation and enjoyed sleeping in, lounging by the pool in the afternoons and enjoying the various local happy hours and restaurants. Myself and the fourth guest were more adventurous and enjoyed many different excursions, our first being a day trip to Key Largo and Islamorada. During the drive to the Keys, as we passed through the Everglades on the Tamiami Trail, we stopped at Oasis Visitor Center's observation deck and saw close to 25 alligators swimming in the canal or sunning on the banks. On our trip home that night we stopped again along the Tamiami in a little pub's dirt parking lot to stretch our legs where, to our excitement, a large black bear sauntered across the parking lot less than 100 ft. away from us. We spent a day at beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass Beach, took a sightseeing cruise with Pure Naples along the Gordon River, and enjoyed a hike (guided by a friend who moved to Naples 13 yrs ago) through the Crew Bird Rookery Trails where we saw a mother alligator with 25 or so baby alligators. In the evenings after exploring and sightseeing we would arrive back to the house to relax by the pool and grill steaks, chicken and burgers on the gas grill provided or venture out to lovely CJ's on the Bay for dinner and drinks. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the home and the conveniences it provided. The only complaint that I can possibly make is that one week was not enough! Next year I hope to spend two weeks there."
