It is arranged on one level and consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one triple), a bathroom with shower, a bathroom without shower, large living room with open kitchenette with modern amenities, large partially covered patio and garden with green lawn partially surrounded by hedges.
The villa offers in addition to a unique position, modern services such as washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning (in the sleeping area), paid WiFi, LCD TV with satellite channels, private parking space, outdoor shower and barbecue.
