Villa Lluna Nova is a spacious and cosy Mallorcan house with a private swimming pool and high-speed internet connection, offering total privacy, clear views, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. With an ideal location in the Sa Pobla area, a short drive from the white sandy beaches of Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, this villa is an oasis of peace in one of the most sought-after areas of the island. Thanks to its fully air-conditioned spacious interiors and its extensive gardens with grass, shrubs, trees and furnished areas, this villa will impress.



Inside, Villa Lluna Nova is surprisingly spacious: 8 guests will find plenty of space to sit together, relax or dine, while enjoying privacy when needed. There are 4 bedrooms in total, as well as 4 bathrooms. The large living room (ground floor) has comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen television (with Sky Sport package), wi-fi internet connection, dining area and large doors leading outside. The independent kitchen is modern and fully equipped for preparing any type of meal. On the lower floor, there is also a cosy double room with bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms with bathroom (2 doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, respectively) are located on the upper floor. The upper floor terrace offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside and the swimming pool. For greater comfort, the entire villa has air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00).



In the exterior, the villa enjoys one of the most tranquil and private settings in the north of Mallorca. Spacious and well-maintained gardens surround the property and the private pool to provide excellent isolation. The pool measures an impressive size of 7.9 m x 4.5 m (depth between 1 m and 1.9 m) and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers. The spacious furnished terraces offer many options for outdoor dining, enjoying the local breeze and beautiful atmosphere. A brick barbecue is also provided and there is private parking on the premises.



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
