About this property

Self catering Les Pletes for 19 people

”Les Pletes” is a "casa pajès" (Catalan farmhouse) that is surrounded by nature. It is in the heart of Segarra (a region of Catalonia). In this spot, the four seasons are clearly different... The farm was built in the 18th century (year 1.703). In that time, it seems that the farmhouse was one of the places where the animals, which were passing though, stopped to rest. That is to say that the transhumance was practiced. Hence the name of “pleta” (sheepfold).

In the year 2.001, the farmhouse “Les Pletes” was restored and prepared for rural tourism. Patterns of functionality and comfort have been followed. A swimming pool has been built and the rural house typology has been maintained: stone walls, wood beams, clouds of plaster, bonfires, wine cellars...

Marta Riera i Freixes and I, Joan Solé i Grau welcome you to our home. Not long ago, we decided to restore and put into operation the farmhouse “Les Pletes” as a rural lodging. In spite of the big investment, we thought it would be interesting to maintain the historic heritage that a farmhouse of Segarra can represent. We hope and expect that you enjoy your stay in “Les Pletes” and that you like it.

Experiencia inolvidable

Pudimos reunirnos casi 20 personas y al tener una sala grande podíamos comer y estar todo el rato juntos sin molestar a los que estuvieran en sus habitaciones. Joan encantador y siempre atento a todo! Incluso nos envió unas bambas que nos dejamos en una de las habitaciones! Todo de 10!

Casa rural les pletes (másteres)

Estuvimos un fin de semana que estuvo genial con toda la familia en la casa pero sí que es verdad que hay aspectos a mejorar. A favor, que tienen una sala grande donde convivimos mayoritariamente adultos y niños todas las horas, donde había zona de juegos y chimenea para estar calentitos. En contra, es que la casa en si tiene muchas habitaciones y es muy grande y estaba muy fría al no estar la calefacción puesta días antes. Además había muchos radiadores que no funcionaban y la casa estaba helada. También había baños que no estaban muy limpios y había alguna cocina de gas que no funcionaba correctamente.

Belle propriété dans une belle région

Belle propriété, et belle piscine (dommage qu'elle ne soit pas plus prêt de la maison). La maison est spacieuse et la pièce de vie très agréable. Il ne manque qu'un peu plus d'équipement et d'entretien.

Casa ideal para grupos grandes

La casa es ideal para grupos grandes, ya que al tener la sala de juegos independiente de las habitaciones permite disfrutar de los amigos y los niños pueden dormir tranquilamente. Hemos ido un grupo de amigos con 3 bebes ( + - 2 años) y otros 2 más mayores y se lo han pasado en grande. La casa está muy bien acondicionada de leña, utensilios de cocina, bbq y calefacción. Lo poder solicitar la compra anticipada y encontrarte todo en la nevera al llegar es un lujo. Gracias Joan !!!

Les Pletes está muy bien cuidada, con todos los detalles pensados. Pasamos un fin de semana allí y disfrutamos mucho de la sala polivalente, donde pasamos la mayoría de nuestro tiempo, jugando, cocinando, relajando. Toda la casa está bien calentita (un detalle importante), limpia, y bien decorada conservando detalles tradicionales. Si se nos presenta la oportunidad, repetiremos seguro!

Repetiremos seguro

Les Pletes es una masia situada en un entorno precioso, con muchas comodidades, con una muy buena calidad-precio y con un trato impecable por parte del propietario. La sala polivalente ha sido perfecta para la celebración con amigos que queriamos hacer. És un gran acierto el gran comedor que tiene y el espacio de sofàs i juegos (ping-pong, futbolin, billar,...). La verdad es que nos marchamos con un buen sabor de boca y con ganas de repetir, esta vez en verano, para poder disfrutar también de la zona de la piscina. Muchas gracias a Joan por el trato, da gusto tratar con gente así! Volveremos sin duda.

Unos Reyes rurales fantásticos

Este fin de semana celebramos la llegada de los Reyes con toda nuestra famíla en Les Pletes de la comarca de La Segarra, situada en provincia de Lleida por los que no sepais donde está. La verdad es que la casa está muy bien acondicionada para celebrar una fiesta como esta, tiene un local annexo donde cabíamos toda la família con los niños ampliamente, con billar, futbolin, ping pong, sofá, cocina, barbacoa, lava platos, nevera, tv,...las habitaciones también estan fenomenales y bien decoradas, la casa también tiene la cocina principal y el salón, que por servicios está más que al completo. El propietario nos acogió con mucha calidez y muy buen trato. Al final los Reyes Magos llegaron con puntualidad después de la cena y fueron fantásticos.

En general muy bien

Hemos estado 3 días una familia inter-generacional con edades desde 3 a 71 años. La casa y su entorno tiene posibilidades para todas las edades y gustos. La "gran sala" es una auténtica joya. Todo limpio y agradable. Las habitaciones también bien aunque algunas camas son un poco cortas y a los altos les salían los pies. Hemos estado muy bien, los niños han disfrutado con los animales, futbolín, pim-pom, billar... el campo de fútbol... los columpios etc. Algunos mayores han hecho caminatas/paseos... otros han descansado... El trato con el dueño muy correcto, nos ha dado todo tipo de facilidades. Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo y, si se tercia, repetiremos.

Una casa genial en La Segarra - Lleida

Llegamos el pasado viernes por la tarde y Joan, el propietario, nos trató genial, la casa es muy grande con habitaciones muy bien acabadas y el salón con estilo antiguo. También estuvo muy bien el local del billar, pinpong, futbolin, en el que puedes ver la TV, hacer carne a la brasa, cocinar, etc, es un lugar que favorece el encuentro con todo el grupo. El paisaje de La Segarra es fantástico y estuvimos muy tranquilos ya que es una masia aislada en el monte rodeada de campos verdes con pequeños bosques de robles y encinas. La casa también tiene piscina, aunque en esta època del año no la podimos utilizar porqué es invierno, si que volveremos en mayo o junio de otro año a disfrutar de la primavera y del inicio del verano. Así que la recomendamos a quién quiera ir a La Segarra de todas todas.

Bastante bien.

Estuvimos en Les Pletes a principios del mes de junio. La casa està bastante bien però sin duda lo mejor es la sala polivalente con mesa de pingpong, billar i futbolin donde los niños pudieron estar mienras comiamos sin ningun problema. La piscina perfecta todo y que hacia mucho aire, pero nos bañamos y lo pasamos la mar de bien. Lo único, los utensilios de cocina, quizas un pelin justos.
