Nice size 2-bedroom

We were there for the month of May. It was a good time of year and a good location - could walk to beach and restaurants and was very close to the motorway.Things to know: Communication is through WhatsApp which I was not aware of (not the usual in the USA) so getting into the unit the first day was stressful. The only consumable available upon arrival that first night was a half roll of toilet tissue. No hand soap, no dish soap, no cleaning agents of any kind, no trash bags. We left behind enough for the next tenant, so I hope it was still available for them. We had a problem early on and I will say that it was taken care of very quickly.Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

We met Felicidade at the agreed time where she showed us around the apartment. Absolutely fantastic size of the living room, two bedrooms and kitchen. Very clean, very spacious. Everything you could ever need for an enjoyable care free holiday/stay. Fully equipped and more. I have never seen a mire organised and equipped property. Well done, I think you have covered absolutely everything, and catered for everyone. The outside space is very large, well equipped with its own bbq area, also has plenty of room left with 6 adults/teenagers out in it. Cafes, bars, restaurants are only a short walk away. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk and allows you to walk on the sand or a boardwalk to get to the next towns and beyond with ease. The annual Carnival was on 18th and 19th February which drew large crowds, all age groups attended, all friendly. Very enjoyable, comfortable stay. We stayed from the end of January until the end of February but hope to return later in the year. Covid measures in place also which is a plus point for me. Hand sanitizer provided. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful place to stay

Great location and excellent equipped apartment

The owner has appreciated that a renter wants comfort, nice touches were the very comfortable padded covers for the loungers and chairs and the wide variety of cooking utensils and knives, even sharp knives. Everything worked and the instructions for all the equipment within the apartment were available. The washing machine, dishwasher and microwave all looked new.

Gern wieder

Trotz spaeter Stunde wurden wir sehr freundlich, mit frisch gepflueckten Orangen und Zitronen, von Fr. Felicidade empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geraeumig. In der Kueche ist alles vorhanden was man benoetigt umd selbst zu kochen ( da uns die Corona Krise erwuescht hat). Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, Shops, Restaurants und Strand, alles gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Unser gemietetes Auto blieb meist in der Garage, was auch ein Plus ist in der Sommerzeit. Wir moechten uns nochmals bei Fr. Felicidade bedanken und auch die Kommunikation mit Hr. Marques war sehr gut. Wir koennen diese Wohnung jeder Zeit weiter empfelen

die Wohnung war sehr sauber,sehr ruhig,wir waren fast allein in der Anlage.Wir wussten nicht,dass die Klimaanlage auch zum Heizen gedacht warAls wir dann die Bedienungsanleitung durchgelesen hatten,mussten wir nicht mehr frieren.sonst hatten wir keine Probleme!

O apartamento excedeu as nossas expectativas. Local, tudo de acordo com o descrito no site. De realçar a limpeza do apartamento e a resposta rápida a todo o apoio solicitado à Srª. D. Felicidade. O único desagrado não é relacionado com o apartamento, mas sim com os ocupantes do AM na semana de 11 a 17 de Junho que não tinham qualquer consideração pelos restantes utentes do condomínio. Espero poder voltar na mesma data no próximo ano.

Apenas um ponto negativo, a limpeza do barbecue e as grelhas que nunca devem ter sido limpas. De resto a casa é muito boa e a localização é excelente.
