Studio at the gates of the Mercantour park and the Vallée des Merveilles, in a small village (Belvédére) in the high Nicois country 55 km from NICE, with these shops of regional products (bakery, 2 grocery stores, 1 millery, 3 bars restaurants) the apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old house, with 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 main room with balcony, breathtaking view over the valley, fitted kitchen washing machine, microwave oven, everything needed for a pleasant stay. We specify that for organizational questions the rental is only from Saturday to Saturday.(you have an apartment similar to the floor above ABRITEL N ° 1003328)

Agréable studio, très fonctionnel, avec une vue superbe sur les montagnes et la vallée de la Vésubie. Description sur le site fidèle au réel. Discrétion et disponibilité de M FRANCO, le propriétaire. Un seul petit point d'amélioration : avoir des rideaux plus occultant la nuit, les lumières du village sont gênantes. Parking à proximité. Nombreux départs de très belles randonnées à moins de 20 km.

The property is basic but it's location is wonderful. Beautiful views short walk to a boulangerie for fresh croissants and bread and close to some amazing mountains. Not touristy at all which we liked.. mattress needs changing but otherwise a lovely stay..
