Canal-Front, one bedroom, one bath condo, which is a bottom floor unit. Deep water canal to dock your boat or watercraft right in front of Unit. The canal provides gulf access and offers reserved docking with power and water hookup.
Docking fee per vessel.


Unit has fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, king size bed, and is high speed internet ready (wireless). We provide all of the comforts of home in a tropical paradise.

Unit is tastefully decorated with a tropical flair. Patio overlooks the harbor, which is home to blue heron, seagulls, and a family of ducks that have made this home. Enjoy relaxing on the extended deck watching the sun set over the Destin harbor.

- 43 acres of paradise right in the Heart of Destin, Florida! 24 hour Security for your protection. You can let go, relax and have the reassurance that your family is safe within the confines of Sandpiper Cove! Once you arrive at Sandpiper Cove, you will only leave to restock the refrigerator.

Enjoy 5 swimming pools or enjoy one of the 3 hot tubs, play a round of golf on the 9-Hole Par 3 golf course that meanders through the property. You want more activity? Try one of 6 tennis courts! If it is too warm in the sun, try a lighted court for a night match. Bring the bikes, scooters, skates or skateboards and enjoy quality family times.

THE BEACH! 1100 feet of the most pristine beach you have ever envisioned. Enjoy the emerald green waters of the Gulf of America. Enjoy the refreshing drinks offered from the Beach Pavilion Beach Bar. Your beach service (fee for use) is there to provide you with chairs, umbrellas, and the knowledge needed to assure safe swimming in the Gulf.

William was very nice and accommodating. This place was cute and perfect for our small family of three. The canal was a neat place for my son to fish and the balcony was nice. We just drove to the beach because it was easier than walking, especially with carrying things. But the location and quick drive over to the beach was convenient enough. Water was crystal clear and lots to do in the area. Enjoyed our short stay!

Sandpiper Cove is a complete resort, with access to bay and private beach on the Gulf. It is in the heart of Destin and located close to all major shopping and restaraunts. It is quiet and relaxing and has 24 hr security.

You can launch and park your boat right in front of the unit Slip number #8. (Trailer Parking off site -renter must secure) Landscaped property with par 3 chip and putt, five swimming pools, and private beach with extras. WaterTaxi available from marina to all Resturants and attractions in the Destin Harbor.
