Magnifique appartement de 61m2, exclusivement éclairé par un dôme en verre au rez-de-chaussée sans vis-à-vis. Lieu ayant bénéficié d’une rénovation de grand standing : Grand espace sous le dôme dans lequel vous trouverez :







  • Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, avec four micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, cafetière, théière, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.


  • Grand salon avec deux sofas dont un couchant pour deux adultes. une table basse, une TV HD, internet et meuble de rangement. lumière zenitale par verriere.


  • Espace dinatoire avec une grande table pour 6 personnes, un banc et 3 chaises.


  • Première chambre, avec un lit de 160* 200 cm, rangements, dressing et espace bureau. La fenetre donne sur le salon. Première salle de douche connectée à la première chambre avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo et sèche-cheveux.


  • Deuxième chambre avec un lit de 140* 190cm, dressing et rangement. La fenetre donne sur le salon. Une salle d'eau moderne avec douche et lavabo.


  • 1 WC séparé.

Very convenient location - near restaurants, boutiques, fruit/vegetable stands and a small grocery, as well as about a 10 minute walk from Notre Dame or Les Halles. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were easy to work with.We would highly recommend a stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. The communication before our trip with Gregory was clear, and Timothy was there to meet us upon arrival, even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. The walk-through of the property, appliances, and unique elements of the building was helpful. Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, quiet (even in a busy area), and central for a great Paris vacation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and it even had a washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean Apartment, we have everything we needed. Good Heating system for winter weather, close to grocery stores like Eataly, Carrefour, few steps away from the nearest metro. Apartment has 2 shower room and 1 separate toilet, Sala is huge for Paris. Location is very safe and close to Notre Dame Cathedral. Host Gregory is helpful. Property looks like just newly re painted.

Wow!!!!

What an amazing place!! The apartment is incredible and spacious. 5 of us fit comfortably for a family vacation. Communication was so great and the check in process was very easy. Highly recommend this place, the apartment is just stunning and the location is fantastic. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Ideal Location

Apartment was tucked away from main road and very quiet and peaceful. Agency met us at the property and spent time to provide details about apartment. Very close to metro line and easy walking area in the heart of 4th District. If you like gelato, be sure to visit Mary's which is at the corner of the next block over. Truly enjoyed our stay in Paris and would recommend this apartment.

Very spacious apartment with large living room. Lots of natural light. Easy access on the ground floor but in the rear of building so away from street sounds. Busy area with lots of shops and dining options. 5 minute walk to Rue Rivoli and 15 minute walk to the Seine and Notre Dame. A greeter met us outside the apartment to let us in and explain things about the rooms. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

WONDERFUL!

The listing is honest and straightforward. Check in- so easy. We checked in on a Holiday. We were very kindly accommodated. Heads up, when they say be quiet, be very quiet at night. We returned home around midnight, talking at a normal volume, working on opening the door and we were asked to be quiet. We are very thankful to have stayed at this location! It was great walking distance to the metro, quick walk to all things life… groceries, wine, clothes, cafes… Caution with small kids. Only because of noise. Loved this place! Loved the service!

Dark, lights didn’t work, no amenities what so ever. No working coffee maker - poorly stocked kitchen utensils. Contacted property manager but no response. Held hostage for security deposit which seemed excessive. Would not recommend except for location. Very hot with no way to open any windows. Pictures online are deceiving.

The location of the property was great, central located in the 4th arrondissement and a short walk to the Metro station. Plenty of restaurant options and stores close by. We did, however. note a few issues. First of all, while there are two showers and sinks, there is only one toilet. The property is listed as accommodating up to 6 people- while this is accurate are far as sleeping arrangements. A property that accommodates 6 people should have more than one toilet. Also, the shower connected to the master bedroom was extremely small and somewhat uncomfortable to use. Also, the check in process was not convenient to say the least. At all other VRBOs we’ve stayed, the instructions to access the property (key pad or lock box code) were sent to us in advance, which makes check in stress free and accommodates our schedule. At this property, we were instructed to call the property manager when we arrived for him to meet us there. The last thing we wanted to do after an international flight was play phone tag with someone and wait outside the property for him to arrive. When he did arrive, he was rather rude and reprimanded us to pay better attention while he gave us a short tour of the unit. A better practice may be to leave a binder with instructions on using appliances, etc. for the guests as opposed to verbal instructions which many travelers are not likely to remember after a full day of travel. Three stars for the location, but the rest of the stay was mostly a disappointment.

The heat was poor which wouldn't have mattered except it was 40 - 60 and raining with hail during our stay. There were no instruction on how to use the appliances which matters if you are American and don't understand European pictograms. Usually, apartments have salt and pepper, paper towels, bath soap and sponges, but this one had nothing. The manager brought us over a kitchen towel, 2 tiny bars of soap and a sponge. On the 4th day we had no hot water. The property manager doesn't work on weekends so I couldn't reach him or his company. I called VRBO and after 2 -3 hours on the phone, they said we could move to a hotel and they would reimburse us for the 2 nights that we would have stayed at the apartment if there had been better heat and hot water.THE LISTING IS INCORRECT....THERE IS 1, NOT 2 TOILETS

Nice location

Very nice location and feel of main living area. Showers were funky and black mold in hall bath shower. Water leaked out of shower all over bathroom floor. It was a mess. The rest of the place was nice
